I like the way they price the rooms, especially our basement. Cons: He called at 1:52 pm to say he's 30 min out. My arrival window was 12-2. No apology for being late, even when I said that was frustrating. The website is incorrect on closet fee and stair charges. I had to ask what the total would be before work began. He did not go over it without me asking (not what's said on the website). The carpets were not fully dry after 8 hours. Some parts were, but many parts were damp for much longer. It was not humid outside or in my house. Overall, I will still use this company again, but it was not a 5 star experience. 4 stars.

Zach was very professional and explained that he could not guarantee that the stains and smell would leave the carpet. When he finished, we all were surprised at the fact that the carpets looked brand new. We have had other companies clean our carpets, but nothing compares to how clean Zeroez did. The price we paid was so worth it. If you need to have your carpets cleaned Zeroez is who we would highly recommend. Thank you, Zach, for your wonderful work.

I was able to snag a cancellation they had and they came this morning. Mason called to say he would be out in 30 minutes and he was right on time! He came in and looked around, checked areas I was concerned about, wrote up my estimate and after my instant approval he got to work. He was extremely professional in his setting up, taking care to protect corners where his hoses or cords might hit. He pretreated areas of concern and was even able to remove an unknown stain from 18 years ago that I could never get out. Mason did an excellent job, this is my second time using Zerorez and I will never use anyone else. And right now they are running some specials that are worth taking advantage of, everything is on their website.
