I have an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, so I had the service guy look at it and determined it was only the iPhone plug. Believe it or not, they charged me $16 for a new one despite the several hundred dollars I spend on the system to purchase and have it installed. Does it make sense to anyone that they would charge ME for their defective cord rather than doing the right thing and replacing the iPhone cord? I own a 2017 Veloster and came to Signature in search of replacement bulbs for my headlights but I wanted LEDs rather than the factory standard since I wear corrective lenses and needed a brighter light bulb for nighttime driving. Their mechanic/technician took three minutes to take my bulb out and check to see if what I had was what they were able to provide and success yes it was. So, despite the fact that it may have taken them longer to replace the fog lights and I'd have to pay a little more money for the labor I paid a $40 deposit and scheduled my appointment. On the day of my appointment after dropping my vehicle off and arranging for a ride home, I got the call that Signature did not have a specific piece needed to hold the bulb in place or something of that nature and had to order it off of Amazon. Now let me just say I looked past the fact that they were about to order a part for my car off of Amazon and not from some other type of Automotive Accessory distributor and I returned to retrieve my car. I waited weeks for Signatures call. Finally, today I received the call that the parts were in and we could reschedule. However this time, I informed signature that I could not drop my vehicle off and leave since I had no way to arrange for a ride like before so I would just wait at the shop for them to finish. For anyone who knows anything about cars you would know that it shouldn't take more than an hour to change a pair of headlights maybe an hour and a half if we include the fog lights or even less but when your charging $80-90 an hour for labor it made sense why Signature told me in the very beginning that it would take upwards of several hours to compete the job hence why when I offered to stay at the shop and wait they respectfully declined my request by offering me a refund of my deposit. Shady much, I think so and extremely unprofessional behavior on their end. I had high expectations and they came so highly recommended but this experience goes to show you that money talks and honesty walks. If you want to spend a fair and reasonable price for work done by honest professionals, I advise you steer clear of Signature Automotive Accessories.

Recently, I brought my brother's older Jeep Cherokee here for an inspection and estimate to repair…read moresome rot I found on the frame and chassis. One of the gas tank supports was severely rotted, as well as the rear frame rails. I did not know that they do rust repair, until I was referred here. The owner, Ricky Barrette, was very sympathetic and respectful to my younger brother, who actually owns the Jeep. My brother had a stroke and cannot speak, so I dealt with Rick on my brother's behalf. Within a couple days of dropping off the Jeep at the shop, Rick had a very detailed estimate ready, complete with photos, and took time out of his very hectic day to review the estimate with me in person. The inspection was so thorough that he and his welder, Josh, discovered some other areas of rot that I had missed when I had my brother's Jeep up on a lift a couple week earlier (and I thought I was thorough). Bottom line, the Jeep would have needed a lot of rust repair, which would involve dropping the gas tank and removing carpeting. The estimate was fair and reasonable, considering the large amount of work that would be involved. After discussing it between my mom, brother and I, we decided that the Jeep was not worth repairing, and will sell it for parts. Although we didn't have any work done by Barrette, I was highly impressed by the level of thoroughness and professionalism. I am a tradesperson and have done estimates myself for fairly complex repair projects on peoples' homes, and I believe that someone who takes the time to be so thorough on an estimate, will also be as thorough on the actual work.

I definitely would go back: Honest - YES! Upfront / Fair - YES. Definitely knows what he is doing. If you need a muffler repair and a place tells you, a whole new system is needed, start here to see if a new piece can be fabricated vs. a complete system replacement.
