I'm not a regular patron of dry cleaners. In fact, my motto has always been, "If I can't wash it, then I wasn't meant to own it." Well, I'm not in undergrad anymore and can't get away with that attitude. Since I'm new to dry cleaning, I can't really say what is expensive vs. cheap. I can say though, that M Pressed dry cleaners took good care of me. I took in a suit full of wrinkles, soup spatters, and pilling and they gave it back pressed and pretty. They dry cleaned a king sized silk quilt for me for what I thought was a steal. I also just sent in a coat to be fixed by their tailor (a hardware clasp button frayed off) so I'll give the 411 on that soon as well. As far as convenience (next door to Taco Del Mar [vegan options!], Starbucks, a bank, and across the street from Albertsons), efficiency, and service go, this place has been great. I walk in, tell them what I want done, they get to me right away, and compliment my taste in cardigans. What more could a girl ask for? Oh, I guess a good final product; which they have delivered every time! UPDATE: My coat came back. The clasp was sewn on upside down...and they didnt clean it the first time through. Ill start off with the good. The did a good job cleaning my coat and it didn't cost much. So I'm happy there. However, when i brought in a sweater i had bought for $150 at Nordstroms and asked them if they could clean it properly (of course i was worried because it wasn't a typical sweater) The very young girl "working" there didn't know. She wanted me to come back when some guy was there. Luckly, he walked in and said he could. They did a good job. But i was unimpressed with her lack of knowledge or how to handle these types of situations. I came in again and another young girl was working and asked if they could dry clean my diaper bag and a purse. Her response was " I don't know." So i asked her if there was a way for her to find out. She said no...but we probably don't. So i said "Probably?" Than she said "We don't." M Pressed Drycleaning has a great location and seems to do a decent job (there was one time he could not get ink out of my shirt but i don't blame him). However, He either needs to train is young staff properly or get new ones. I will not be going back there unfortunately. First off they are very friendly and professional. They can do a one day turn around for an extra fee. Usually only two days for things. BUT... they ruined a shirt I noticed it as I walked out and they agreed and tried to clean it again. After a few attempts they told me a manager called "Kim" told me I must have dropped the shirt off that way. I asked that they take responsibility for their service and credit my account for the cost of the cleaning and the cost to replace the shirt $40 total. They did not take responsibility, so I am finding and different dry cleaner. read more

sloppy work on shirts were not even cleaned, ironed or starched as ordered. I asked for manager she just said they didn't have enough shirts that day to do heavy starch so that is what you get take it or leave it. I pointed out how the shirts didn't even look as they were laundered as there was soil on the cuffs and she said that they tried. We will never take any more clothes there. By the way I laundered the shirts in pain laundry soap at home in my washer and the soil came out in the wash so I know they didn't even wash the shirts. Also NOT iMpressed! I've now had two negative experiences at the Wandermere location. This is the second. I dropped off two uniform shirts to be dry cleaned. One of the shirts had two spots on different areas of the shirt. The millennial girl with the nose ring stated I could only mark one of the two spots with a piece of red tape they provided, so I marked the darker of the two. When I asked why I could not mark both spots I was told that was their policy, no other explanation was offered. Today I picked up my items and before paying asked to inspect the shirt with the two spots. As I feared, the second spot was still visible. I asked the same girl if she would re-wash the shirt for free. She said that due to the amount of money made dry cleaning the shirts, they would not re-wash it. I then asked to speak to the owner, a friendly gentleman named Craig. When I explained the situation, he agreed to re-wash the shirt. I will not use Mpressed again. read more

I recently moved to the Spokane area. Thus, I picked M Pressing Dry-cleaning Inc. I personally dropped off 6 polos and 6 dockers to be laundered and pressed ONLY!! I pre - paid the total amount of $52.00 when I dropped them off. Upon my return to pick up my clothes, I was charged an additional $17.28. Why?? That's what I wanted to know. Apparently, they CHOSE to dry clean my clothes instead of laundering them. This was of course 6 cotton pants and 6 cotton shirts. Why didn't they tell me when I dropped them off? Should the employees NOT know what clothes are to be laundered and/or what should be dry cleaned? Needless to say I felt ripped off and lied to, therefore feeling the company should be named Liars and Thief's. As my last frame of reference, I've had these same clothes laundered numerous time at different dry cleaning venues and NEVER had this issue. read more

I was very unhappy with this company. They promised my coat would be done on the next Tuesday, and wasn't. It was done more than a week later. I explained how important it was to have this before I traveled to see my daughter and it wasn't done. They gave me a tiny discount, when in my mind, I thought it should be free because they flat out lied to me. I chose this establishment because they were so close. Closed more than 5 minutes early. Got off work, thought it wouldn't be an issue to run over and pick up. Surprised to see them close early just as I pulled up. Wouldn't even reconsider when I showed them the correct time. There are always other cleaners to try. read more

Well the good first, it is very conveniently located. Now the bad, first of all the so call manager is disrespectful to customers, and says she will fix a problem, yet the same problem keeps happening. The girls working the counter need to learn how to cover their chests up, I thought this was a dry cleaners, not a brothel. These so called counter girls should also be friendly, yet half the time they make it seem like an inconvenience to get my oreder! The pressing job ony slacks look like a 3 year old did it while being blindfolded, and not to mention my blouses came back with huge wrinkles in the back and on the sleeve as well. Also they laundered some of my blouses that I asked to be dry cleaned. When a blouse comes back crispy feeling it clearly hasn't been dry cleaned. All in all they really need to work on doing what the customers ask. If I want to pay $6 for a blouse to be dry cleaned I kind of expect it to be dry cleaned not laundered. They mostly need new management! And learn how to be friendly to their customers. read more

THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. DO NOT GO HERE. They ripped my 200 dollar coat and left a lot of stains on it. When I called to complain they told me that she couldn't do anything about it and to take the coat back in and maybe the manager would call me the next day. The manager was worse than her employee basically telling me it was my fault the coat was ripped and that I should know more about the dry cleaning business before I get clothes cleaned.They also refused to give my me a refund and blamed me for the coat being ripped. I was a customer at M Pressed Dry Cleaning for over a year. I appreciated the service until a shirt was returned to me that had many small dark stains on the front. M Pressed did try to clean it again without charge but the stains did not come out. I left a note for the manager to call me and called two times; leaving messages both times. None of my attempts of communication were returned and I never heard from the manager at M Pressed. I have since changed dry cleaning services because of this situation. I would still be a loyal customer to M Pressed had the manager called and at least discussed the situation with me. I would not reccommend M Pressed because of the lack of management and professionalism. read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality cleaning. I have used this place out of convenience many times and there have been times that I wondered if they even washed my clothes. They cannot get stains out no matter how simple and superficial they are, even when you point them out to them beforehand and ask for pretreatment. There is always a sticker on every item saying "this is the best they could do" and to be honest the stains aren't that different from before. On multiple occasions I have ended up washing the items immediately after pick up myself and the stains came out beautifully. I will never take anything back to this place. I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved in a box. My dress had a huge stain on it, and has hung in my closet that way for almost ten years. The gals got the stain out and put it in the box, it turned out beautiful!!!! I am soooo impressed, I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Customer service is awful at Wandermere this location. We have used this company for four years. I picked up my dry cleaning and brought it home only to find it's poorly pressed. I then call the store manager who offered to repress them. I drove back down there to have them fix this. She then insulted the quality of my clothes and told me "sorry, we can't make everyone happy" and walked away. Only to drive home to find that she didn't place the pants back in with my stuff when she repressed them. I had to drive up there three times and they still didn't try to fix the issue. I went to business because of location and price. My first day there should have clued me in to their customer service. I arrived after work about 40 minutes before closing and the lady seemed upset that I was there. I asked a few questions and it seemed she was in hurry so I asked and sure enough she said she had to be somewhere. Didn't let that deter me though and I brought my cleaning in the next day. All was good until they damaged a suit jacket and charged me to pay for it. They quoted me one price and said they would need to send it out if I wanted the matching buttons put on it. After a week or so the jacket is ready and it cost more than quoted, they did not match the buttons, they sued them on crooked, and to top it off they sewed the buttons in through the inner lining of the jacket. Mind you all of this was done without consulting me before doing. I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. If I could have given them less stars I would have.
