I'm here for work for two weeks and needed clothes cleaned...they are close to the hotel so of course I take it to them on Saturday- for Monday pick up no biggie that is normal where I come from but come on see the picture of the receipt.....$6.55 for shorts!! We recently purchased a house in Spokane, WA. The drapes which were custom made were in dire need of a cleaning as there was literally inches of dust on them. We brought them in and were given a price. I felt it was on the high side ($3.00 per pleat), but much cheaper than buying something new. They did an amazing job. Absolutely horrible at doing their jobs and customer service. Brought a dress in for a spot removal on the top of the dress .they managed to melt the bottom on my dress. So they pressed it !!!if you knew how to do your job ,you would know you DO NOT press a dress like this. When I complained about it and got upset they did not care and didn't want do anything about it .told me a manager will get back to me. Manager never got back to me even after I've called several times and both locations. Clearly they do not stand by their work and they do not care that they ruin things. Wow, I'm blown away by my experience at Clark's Cleaners. I have used a couple of other dry cleaners in Spokane and had pretty low expectations, given I had articles of clothing stolen by an employee at one of the other cleaners. After my first visit, I was sure I'd be returning to Clark's. It's so easy to drop off and pick up using their driveway on Division. The same staff member received my items and checked me out at pickup, and she was very courteous and professional. She even automatically gave me a discount, ALWAYS APPRECIATED!! My items were returned to me nicely cleaned, steamed, and in the same pristine condition as they were dropped off, on no-slip hangers and with no safety pins. Since then I've used them for dry cleaning several more times and had the same high quality work and courteous service. When I need dry cleaning i take my suits and shirts to Clark's. The price is normal but if you go to their website they have coupons. But what really matters is my suits come back clean... even got some stubborn stains out of a white collared shirt for me. read more

When you can use the online coupon it's decent. When you can't... It's astronomical! Not to mention the brunette at the front is always cranky! Took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and they said it starts at 65.00 and goes up. Didn't give a range of price and said mine was heavily soiled. I had one good experience with blankets, so I brought in some clothes. My white pants that I had worn once were shrunk and had weird ruffles in them. Absolutely horrible!!! I brought in an expensive silk blouse. Just needed a little freshening up. Received it back with many stains on the front, including a strange long streak, also on the front. After two tries, the blouse was no better. Was told they did not cause the stains. Must have been on when I brought it in. It had NO stains on it. It is now not wearable and I am out $125!!! They refused to be responsible. I called the manager twice and was told she had tried to call me. Total lie...I received no message or missed call!!! Rude employee relayed her "supposed" message. Expensive and RUDE! Even with the half off coupon on their website, their prices where still more than other places I have been. When I complained the manager was very RUDE and defensive about their prices ($7.00 to have an oxford shirt dry cleaned). She didn't ask if I wanted starch, when I tried to specify it she seemed annoyed that I even wanted starch, and more so that I wanted heavy. Counter people are great. After 20 years of patronage, I am seeking a better laundry service. Four the last few months, the ironing has been extremely poor. The lower sleeves and cuffs of my dress shirts have not been touched. When pointed out to the counter people. they agree and say they will tell Shawna. I took pictures after the fifth time and asked for Shawnas email to send to her and was told she did not have one. Many calls to her and she is always to busy to come to the phone. I've tried this place three times. Every time the front desk staff have terrible attitude and arrogance. "Our machines are WAY TOO hot, so you have to sign a waiver for us to launder rayon"....Why? Because you couldn't bother to be careful when you do your job? 20 years of dry cleaning and laundering shirts and I've never been asked to sign a waiver...and the woman at the front desk gives me rude attitude like she's ALWAYS had everyone sign waivers...so, if your machines are so hot, aren't you destroying the buttons on the cotton shirts? High prices, ridiculous coupon game to get them to still-high prices, consistently entitled attitude....if these people were a waiter, I'd have a long talk with the restaurant manager to have them removed. Unfortantly, time to find a new dry cleaner for me. After bringing in a shirt that they ruined (this was the third one) the lady at the S. Division store told me that they do not cause the issue. I explained that I did not make the stain and it was new. The large pattern is much more than coffee or food, it is a liquid of some kind I am guessing. Anyway, she was not nice and I am moving on.
