I am giving this company 2 stars for not standing good with their guarantee. Although they did do a cleaning, their process did not work and then charged more than double to re-clean 2 rooms which only after the 2nd clean was it discovered that the remaining rooms still had dog spots. It was their recommendation after their inspection that I agreed to letting them clean. Here is the story if you have time to read.
Iused this company believing his process would work on my rental. My tenants have 2 dogs and I was unaware of their dogs using the restroom in my home until it was time for them to leave. This company came to my house and did an inspection. They black lighted and inspected the padding in my home and gave me a quote of $295. They verbally guaranteed their work and expressed how bad another job they did previously was and successfully cleaned it. (Mine was visually not that bad). They also said they would reclean as part of their guarantee. On the day they were scheduled to clean we were unable to gain access and had to reschedule which I was appropriately charged $50 extra. They came back a few days later and completed the job. About 24hrs after the carpet dried the carpet still smelled and I informed the company. They came back and recleaned 2 rooms and ultimately decided that they needed to charge an additional $300 because they believed they were uninformed of a possible carpet powder that my tenants may have been using during their tenancy. Although surprised they decided not to hold up there guarantee I did not dispute it. The company asked if I wanted them to re-inspect since they would be in the area. I agreed in case the job was not right. Again after 24hrs you could still smell the carpet. Once they came back it was discovered that the 2 rooms that they re-cleaned still had spots as well as the remaining rooms that wasn't cleaned the 2nd time. It was at that point I became very frustrated and started to express how much this was costing but then Mike interrupts me and says, "Its more than that!" To my surprise I asked what does he mean...he said, "I still need to charge for coming out today, $100!" I couldn't believe it. I told Mike that I was unaware that he was charging to inspect his own work. He then said..."ok, never mind then." He suggested that he "treat" the carpet which was a process he had mention in the initial consult but did not recommend because once you clean the carpet again the smell would come back. I told Mike that I could not in my good conscience authorize to spend any more money from my tenants deposit and that I would have to consult with them. My final bill with them was $645 and I ended up replacing the carpet. read more
