I love my nails when I walked out of the store. I paid for $10 extra to cut my cuticle. Kim took good care of my nails and she is very detailed oriented. She is such a lovely lady. However! One of my nails start getting infected in a week. I believe it was coming from cutting cuticles, maybe the equipment not sterile enough.. idk. It was so painful and sensitive, it started to swell, and it gradually developed a very big green-yellow ish pus which is absolutely disgusting! (I already drained most of the infected pus in the second picture, it was about 10 times bigger than this picture, too gross to post it) I had to prescribe antibiotics from the doctor... This was my first time coming to this salon and will be my last... unfortunately:(
I lovvve coming here! i came in on a Saturday around 12 and they took maybe like 10 minutes to sit me down which honestly i don't mind at all . they were all pretty busy and its the weekend before christmas so i figured it would be a little wait but honestly not bad of a wait at all . I got a full set manicure from Mindy and she did such an AMAZING job !! She was really sweet and took her time with me . We did a custom christmas french tip set and i am so obsessed !

I called in for an acrylic full set and a gel pedicure and they were able to fit me in asap like rocky. I got an elegant almond acrylic set with French tips. I showed Ly a picture of what I wanted and she did the exact. She slayed!!! Come see Ly if you want French tips! The acrylics weren't too thin or too thick and the French tips were evenly designed.
Called on the same day for a walk in appointment and they were able to fit me in for a full set and pedicure! I arrived at 1 pm and left around 2:30 pm for both services. The place wasn't too busy and they were able to help right away! I showed mai a reference photo and she did an amazing job, she was so kind! I don't usually get my nails done out in this area, but it was well worth it for how nice and accommodating the staff were. Will be coming back again for another full set :) thank you so much!
Came in today and saw Alisa. She did amazing! I came in originally looking for Bee but she's out of town. I showed a picture and explained what I wanted and she was patient and had great quality. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Alisa.
I came in for a full set and pedicure. Mai did my full set and was fast and efficient. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my set came out perfect. Always satisfied when I come here. And the pedicures are always so relaxing. The nail shop is very clean and spacious. I usually make an appointment ahead of time. Plenty of parking. All the staff are super nice and 10/10 recommend
I have been trying to find a good nail tech since I've moved to Hayward & I am extremely happy I found this place! The salon itself is very clean & sleek looking. I was assigned to Lynn & she exceeded my expectations -- she is very talented & made the designs I requested with love & patience. 1000/10, I definitely recommend this place & will be coming here again.
I've been to M nails quite a few times now and I have been consistently happy with the services I have received. I usually get a pedicure, usually the "Rose" package which includes a lot of the extras. There have been a few of the nail techs that I've had work on me. Emily did a great job and my favorite person to go to is Mai, she is an artist at shaping acrylic. My husband goes here to get his pedicures as well. This is the first place he is 100% happy with. A few things that I really like: Using new packages for pedicures Timing the massages!!! (They will literally put a timer on with the amount of minutes allotted on your pedi package!) Cleanliness Customer service I highly recommend them!

This spot has been previous nail salons, but I came here the other day and the wonderful ladies were able to take me as a walk-in (I arrived 30min after store opening, but hey, you never know) My only gripe with this location is that it is always cold in there .. not a big deal, but if you are reading this and haven't been here before, dress warm. I'm not "fancy", but I usually get a basic pedicure and a gel manicure see? simple . I like that the ladies don't push on the upsells, though I was asked if I wanted gel polish on my toes, I declined politely. I don't care for gel pedicures as I found it difficult to remove in my past experience. The price point was good as well ($35 for gel manicure and $35 for classic pedicure (regular polish) ) and yes, the salon is clean.. new emery boards and sanitized tools were used during my service. If you are curious about more price points, I would call and ask. Thank you for being accommodating
Ok so I found this salon in Yelp. When I noticed it was where Long#2 used to be located, I was like ok let's give this place a try. I used to come to Long #2 when he was here, when I learned he had moved back to his original location, I was bummed. For some reason I do not like the location of his original salon, not sure why. Knowing the salon and how clean it is I decided to give it a go, Im really glad I did. I loved the service!! Mai did an amazing job. I am a pretty picky person and I will for sure be coming back. I found my new nail shop. Everyone here is super friendly attentive to details. I will for sure be coming back. I was hesitant to give y'all my two cents, but I'm not a gatekeeper. I've already told my family & friends how they need to try Mai. And now I'm sharing my thoughts with my Yelp community. You won't be disappointed.
10/10!! i really love designs and Mai did such a great job!! she was really quick and the nails turned out so neat!! (my mom also got a pedi + a fill in and she loved the results they have pretty glitter colors to choose from)
My mom and I were happy with our gel manicures until..... a week passed and one of my nails chipped. My mom had hers done and after 2 weeks several of her nails chipped as well, shown are here golden nails. When I went in my experience was good, good customer service, got a quick massage at the end and my cuticles were looking perfect! But I'm very disappointed about the fact that they did not last. I have never had gel nails chipped on me. The quality of the gel used is poor given what my moms nails ended looking like at 2 weeks. read more
I had a wonderful experience getting my first pedicure from M Nail & Spa. Lan was very gentle and careful trimming my nails and cleaning my cuticles. They have nice massage pedicure chairs. I received the Volcanic Spa treatment which uncles effervescent soak, a sugar scrub, mask and paraffin treatment. And a 15 minute foot and leg massage. Truly a relaxing pamper session. read more
I've been trying out different nail salons, so I know where to go before my big day. I decided to come here after my workout since it was close to my home. I didn't make an appointment and walked in on a Sunday right when they opened at 10am. The inside was very spacious, clean and modern. I did a gel manicure and regular pedicure (different prices are available). My tech, Emily, was extremely nice and took her time. I do appreciate techs not rushing when doing my nails since I am particular with what I want. I'd recommend this salon for those in the Hayward area. read more

Wanted to wait five days until the dip powder and manicure set it to ensure I was not crazy and give them a chance but unfortunately it kept getting worse. I chose dip powder bc I wanted my nails shorter and to avoid chipping, clearly as you can see in the pictures that's not the case. I left the nail salon with lots of stains from the powder on my skin, she didn't clean around the nails properly nor did she give me an actual manicure. The first three chips and breakage happened the next day, the rest started right after, now they're all loose and chipping completely. Additionally my skin looks worse than when I came in. The powder is falling apart completely. The girl who did my nails was also rushing me bc she had another person waiting for her while she wasn't even finished with my set. I'll never visit this business again bc paying the amount I paid deserves much more quality than this. Wish I could've them zero stars bc they don't deserve even one. read more

My Mom got a french mani-pedi and I got a pedi, everyone that works here is very kind and patient when communicating what we want! I often translate for my mom and they are sweet about it and helpful with any changes :) the vibe is chill there's usually a show or music playing but nothing too loud and having small talk with the ladies is always nice. Also always thankful they do walk-ins! read more

UPDATE: My nails literally fell off , the glue that was used to attach the fake nail to my finger is still on my nail, but the physical nail is now off. This is exactly why I wanted her to use powder and not this other stuff. It hasn't even been TWO WEEKS! read more

I love M Nails! I think they are reasonably priced for a nail salon in the Bay Area. Every time that I go there, it's always clean and they offer me refreshments, which is nice! As soon as I get there, I am assisted right away. I specifically go to Ly for my acrylic sets. She is great at what she does and very detailed with her work. She executes my ideas every time. Highly recommend going to Ly at M Nails. read more

Ly did my nails! I love them! Also, great customer service. I came in at 9:30 am and left at 10:40 am so it was a good hour and 10 minutes. She asked me if I wanted long or short. She buffed them as well so they don't look thick. I really love her work! read more

The place is renamed and under new management, so this review is for LB Nails. It was a great experience, the spa was clean and staff was friendly. I got gel x nails done by Lynn for the holidays and they came out great! Lynn hand-drew the snowflakes, she's so talented! read more

10/10 experience when i came here for the first time. I was scared bc i had a feeling i was getting engaged and had my nails done somewhere else but they did not listen to what i asked for. This isn't what happened with Mai, she immediately received me listened to me, she is so friendly and took her time to make sure every nail was right. I've never had a set last as long as this has, three weeks later and not even one nail lifting. Great vibe great staff and amazing service. Thank you!! read more

Previously I wrote a review on this nail shop due to such a horrible experience I had with one nail tech but that interaction shouldn't reflect on the whole business when there are so many talented people there. The nail shop owner did reach out to correct the issue because they care about their clients and I left so happy once my nails were fixed. The Frenchies are the original set that I had which i took off and went to yelp about. The Halloween set is what i originally wanted and I am so glad they went above and beyond for what I expected. If you're in the area you should visit them! read more

Decided to spontaneously get my nails done for a concert tomorrow. My usual salon was fully booked, and I wanted to give this salon a try for a while now. I'm so glad I did! Amazing first experience. Salon was spacious and very cute. I didn't have to wait long for being a walk-in, and the service itself was fast yet efficient. Everyone was super friendly and gave compliments with the design. So happy with how my nails turned out, and this might honestly be my new go to!! read more

I usually go here for my acrylic pedi and the girl who normally does my pedi wasn't there at the time and she does a good job, however, today the lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job.. I came in off a 16 hour shift at a hospital and was so tired all I wanted to do was relax and receive a nice pedicure. I asked to have the acrylic removed from my toes yet it is still on there by the way. I got the deluxe which is $45 plus gel $15. It comes with a mask, scrub, and 7 min massage. The lady did not let the mask dry as soon as she put it on a fee seconds later she is rinsing it off. The mask only works if you let it dry and absorb the impurities. She also set a 7 min timer for my massage and 30 secs into the massage she stops and starts filing my toenails after it dried and recutting the cuticles. I tried telling her 3x the timer is still running which is taking away from my massage time. She said "5 mins is okay" the timer reflected 4.5 mins left as she was oiling my cuticles and filing. This is not okay. If I'm paying for 7 minutes for massage I want all 7 minutes. She also kept making comments about how some of my nails were very short "so short, almost no nail". There is a nail and it broke thats why its short so just file it and move on. when we first began she commented on how the white polish was now yellow. I said yeah its been 3 weeks so it's expected. When I come in for a service please save your comments to yourself and just do the service. Lastly, they now charge $3 for using a card. I never heard of a $3 transaction fee for using a card. That's excessive. I do like this place but may look into other places as well. read more
