My first time at this salon I did not care for the service or experience because I felt my pedicure was rushed and the guy that did my nails was rough, however the complimentary drink stole my heart. I decided to give another go of it and booked with SOFIA. Sofia is amazing! I always get compliments for my nails; Sofia does not miss a beat. Danny does my pedicure and he is amazing as well. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The staff is professional and the price is reasonable. I have been to nail salons all over and appreciate the location of this nail salon in my neighborhood. My daughter in I are Bubble Tea Queens, so the drinks are the added perfect touch. The staff who make them take their time and delivery is restaurant worthy. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I say give it a try and decide for yourself if it is for you :)

Her nail tech was super chatty and friendly, making us both feel very welcome. She seemed to be communicating a ton with my friend throughout who's nails came out super nice & well shaped. Think her name started with a K? Jelly? Kim? Not sure but she was great! My nail tech was a lot quieter, which I didn't really mind lol. I explained that my pinky nail had been broken (hence why it was shorter) then when they asked me how much I'd like to cut I said "Just a little". They must've understood lol bc if you look at my pictures my left hand's ring finger is super short. Think they thought I wanted it to match my pinky... ahhhhh. I corrected them and kept a close eye on the cutting and shaping of my other nails (correcting crooked & too pointy nails several times) after and had no issues. If you're someone else tho, your natural nail getting cut down so drastically might have really pissed you off, but I couldn't be bothered to care that much lol. It happens! Plus it's not crazy noticeable. There was an issued excessive heat warning for this weekend, which might've been why they were so free with tons of seats open and nail techs available. I ended up removing my full set, getting a powder color gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was really basic and my toes were painted with regular polish. My nails ended up nice but took entirely too long. The removal process was not harsh like at most nail salons but took longer than necessary. Powder color gel application always takes much longer than UV gel so I was prepared for that. Overall, I was satisfied with the services that I received. I will definitely come back to get my nails done again her but when I have a bunch a free time because the shop owner's attention to detail comes at the sacrifice of speed/efficiency. This is not the place to run in and get something but relax and enjoy the entire experience while surfing the Internet using their free wifi!

The location was accessible right off the highway, I didn't have to do too much. I didn't have an appointment but they were gracious enough to take me. I waited about 10 mins and when Joi ( my new tech) was finished with her client she took me. First off, they are big on cleanliness. Don't sit in the mani chair without first washing your hands. Joi went straight to work on me. It was clear by her questions she took her craft and judging by her nails, I just knew her work was going to be exquisite. She took her time cleaning and trimming my cuticles. I needed to change my shape to oval and I love that she used a big/ thick Emory board to relapse instead of the machine. She worked with precision checking my fingers against each other constantly and checking in with me to ensure I was getting the look I desired. I appreciate that. After about 34 mins she was done. My nails were done and the work was of the highest quality. After I was done with my nails I waited for Sam to do my brows. She did good. Just a tiny bit too much taken off at the far ends. Overall, I'm super happy with the service. The salon was real peaceful the entire time and no issues. I parked right on the side of the shop for free and it was uneventful. Paid and tipped using electronic payment. Give them a shot; you will not regret it.
