I made a last minute weekend appointment for a walk in. The process was so easy to do so online…read more The receptionist was friendly and responsive on the phone when I tried to move my appointment. The clinic was clean and timely with their appointments. I went in with a sore throat and they were thorough with making sure it wasn't anything severe. Overall great experience and will definitely make another appointment here again in the future.

My first time coming here for walk in appointment. This location I can walk to which is convenient…read more I just use the online system to book my appointment 1 hour in advance and then I head out to the appointment. I went on a Sat 1pm on a long weekend. Not sure if this is still less know because I got to see the doctor right at 1pm. I don't think any doctor's appointment of mine was ever that on time before. The doctor was really careful on the hygiene, he put on new disposable gloves and still used the hand sanitizer and rubbed for 20 seconds at least. I had an eye infection on the outside only. The walk in office is inside Drugsmart pharmacy which makes it convenient to buy the ointment that the doctor prescribed, but I don't think I really had a choice as the doctor just hands the prescription directly to the pharmacist. I think the ointment was actually a bit on the expensive side, but the result was good, my infection cleared up after 1 week of use. It was a proper diagnosis. This place would be hard to find if you don't live in the apartment complex there, you would have to walk up a ramp to get to it or just ask a resident there how to get to the higher level business strip.

I'll get the positive out of the way- the doctor I see is incredible. The front desk staff,…read morehowever, are a significantly different story. Their tone and demeanour is disinterested, rude and condescending despite being treated with utmost respect. Zero customer service skills. It's unfortunate that every visit I've had to this clinic has been the same, too. Always rude, always condescending, always disinterested. If you hate your job so much, maybe work elsewhere?

I was a patient of Dr. Cassam's for my first pregnancy. She did not follow up with me on any tests…read moreI had to do while pregnant. She treated me as if I should know what tests had to be done... She was outright mean to her assistants while I was there and always seemed in a bad mood. Flash forward: my baby is two and I book in to see my doctor because only after two years of being a new mom was I thinking about taking control of my own health. I booked in for a check up and the next day her office called to tell me because I didn't check in with her for two years she no longer is my doctor. Maybe I misunderstood the relationship between patient and doctor but I didn't think you could break up with a patient just cause I didn't have the need (or time) to book an appointment for myself. After this experience I did not want her as my doctor anyway. Good riddance. I never write reviews let alone bad ones but women.... with female issues...I wouldn't step foot in her office.

As I can never see my family doctor on the same day when some urgent medical problem comes up…read moreespecially for my kids, I have been to this clinic numerous times. The doctors there are great - very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. they do a proper exam, with good advice - they don't just try to 'push' medications on you (unlike several other places I've been before). I've since moved from the area but I still go there because I feel this is the best walk-in I've been to. They're open every day including weekends, and have late hours. The wait times are decent- usually I'm in and out in 15-20 minutes, however it can be longer depending on the time of day/season. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and neat. The clinic is located in 'Thorncliffe Park', across the Street from the East York Town Centre, and just off the the 'industrial side' of leaside park. It's easy to get to, even if you're further off because the DVP is right by. The parking is good- they are located in a strip-mall so there are lots of spaces. Lastly - if you're hungry - make sure to go to their neighbour after - Bamiyan Kabob restaurant - yum!

Reception was really to rude and she behaved like kicking you out, requesting you to please first…read moreteach her how to talk and response with patient or else she has to haVe sense of humour, she must learnt respect first then set to that clinic chair.she has blonde hair and short hight. Thanks
