This shot water into my furnace completly destroying it. this company wants to pay for parts. My furnace was in perfect shape with every check up done since since purchase. Furnace is $5600 replacement. Heating company said parts would be over $3400. yesterday while pulling the heat air unit they found the wire harness fried also and several other parts destroyed that they can not replace. I believe they should take responsibility for their error. As of yet we have no settlement. I expect them to pay for the furnace air unit which they destroyed. Within 72 hours of my first call with this company I had a water heater, sump pump, GFI outlet, condensation pump, and a pressure tank replaced.
