Took my winter tires to clairveiw kal tire in September 2025 to swap my winters on to the rims, the…read morecalled me the same day to let me know they destroyed 2 tires witch are only a yr old and cost 450 each, they replaced the two tires they admited to destroying, 2 months later when i went to mount them om the car one tire was flat after takimg it back 4 separate times to repair rim leaks they finally replaced the tire, after i got the tires on the car the last tire that hasnt be replaced started leaking from the rim beed also, the assistant manager at clairveiw kal tire gave me attitude every time i had to get my tire repaired 4x and said he didnt want to see me again, so this time i took my tire to fountain tire to have it fixed and they pulled the tire off and showed me that it was mangled and chewed up from kal tire installing it the first time.... so kal tire lied to me they destroyed all four of my tires tried to get away with replacing juat 2 then a 3rd ive asked to have tje manager contact me 3 times and have yet to hear back from the manager so now i have to pay 500 to replace an already new tire because kaltire has horrible techs and a assistant manager that wont take accountability and a manager that cant contact customers that are unhappy and ive been a customer for 6 plus years this is the worst experience ive ever had dealing with a tire shop THANKS KAL TIRE FOR RUINING MY TIRES

My appointment was for 1pm on 01AUG2023…read more I was told it had to be there early to allow the converter to cool and that it would take less than an hour. Dropped my truck off at 10 am. Come 245 pm I haven't received any notification my truck is ready I call. The girl tells me my truck was just pulled in when I question this she tosses me to a manger. I ask him why my truck that has been there for over 5 hours is just being taken in now. He said it actually was just finished. Again I ask why if my appointment was at one. He said they took it in late b/c he thought b/c I dropped off my truck that I didn't need it. I should have been given a call to ASK if I was ok with being bumped not assuming anything. More than one person was inconvenienced b/c they thought I didn't need my truck. Good job.

They also vacuumed the matts and gave us a garbage bag, sprayed the hinges and were very friendly the whole time. You don't have to get an oil change often so might as well enjoy it. There are coloring books in the lobby as well as coffee. I also wanted to mention the cleanliness of this location it was immaculate as if we were the first people there all day ( got there at 5pm)

I ended up calling Lube City to find out if they had the right battery for my car at first they said they didn't, but the manager for me back and told me he actually did have it. I was able to get a boost and get into their shop immediately and was out within 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this. If you are AMA member they charge the same prices as AMA for a new battery.

The guys that work the counter are friendly and knowledgeable. However when I went to pick up my vehicle and get my keys from the front desk, one of the women there asked me to wait outside,, not sure why?? So I did then a guy came by and told me to come in,, yes it was about 1 minute to opening,, not sure if that's the reason or not, also another customer was actually waiting inside... Kinda strange, but back to the friendly and knowledgeable male staff,, everything was explained to me and the service was fast and efficient. It's a busy place here, especially when everyone is getting their winter tires on. I paid a fair price, I believe for my new tires, and all in all I'm happy with the service!! Great job guys!!! Service centres like these make me glad that I am a Costco member. I recently had an issue with…read moretire pressure, so I stopped by the south end location to have a look & they were able to find the nail in my tire, but unable to fix it at the time...as they said, "no reputable tire centre would repair just the one tire", being that my tire set was close to expiring on an all wheel drive vehicle, which means replacing all tires if one needed replacement. I called up this north location to ask about ordering a new set of tires & they recommended that I come in person instead of ordering online to speed up delivery time. The only catch is that the tires must be paid in full at the time of ordering. I like how there's more available parking at this location and how the tire centre entrance is separate from the main shopping warehouse. Tires are neatly organised, and there's a waiting bench inside, but I wouldn't want to wait around there as it is loud & the rubber odour is overwhelming. The service staff there are excellent. I don't know much about tires, but they were able to give me a few affordable options for the size I needed in lay man terms as well as warranty coverage. My tires were also special order from a partner brand, and knowing that I had a nail in my tire, they covered the extra courier fee to get my order in sooner & schedule me for an appointment within 2 days which is amazing since I hear it can take a week or longer. My whole experience from spotchecking, ordering, to installing was a smooth experience, and a big relief; and I can't really see myself going anywhere else for this type of service now!
