If you pay cash, demand a written and signed receipt and hang onto it, otherwise if you have a problem he won't address it , or refund your cash. I greated him, shook his hand and proceeded to tell him what I needed to be done. He immediately looked down at his phone as I was talking and started typing. I started to talk slower since what I needed done was very important to me. He looked up momentarily and started typing again, acting like he was paying attention to me. He finally looked up and said they make $160an hour (which I was well aware), there's no guarantee that they can fix it and if the car has that many continuing issues, I might just want to sell it. This, after spending all that money recently on my car there. A weird and unsympathetic way to deal with a longstanding customer. #SadPerformance
