I found myself in dire straits when my laptop, housing all of my professional files and documents, crashed just days prior to my new employ at a prestigious institution. I was referred to M. He ordered the materials from a reliable source that offers next day service--he kept me informed of his every move and always asked if I wanted to proceed or not. Within three days, Mr. Burt had saved all my materials to an external hard drive, installed a new and more efficient hard drive, placed all my materials back onto the computers new hard drive, and cleaned up any and all superfluous material on my laptop. The job, which was a complete overhaul, and, as I was told by others a "lost cause", was completed by Mr. Burt in less than three days, including the time it took for parts to ship.
I was extremely impressed that when the job was complete he dropped my laptop at my residence and presented me with a detailed itemized bill/invoice. The price for labor was beyond fair and way lower than competing businesses. Mr. Burt is flexible with payment accepting the same by check or through paypal.
He handled the impossible with aplomb, and his knowledge and professionalism made an indelible mark. I highly recommend Mr. Burt for any technological issues one may encounter. Quick, knowledgable, professional, fair, and personable!
