What makes the difference between a good company and a great company . CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Everyone wants their party to go off without a glitch, but it's how company handles those glitches when they occur that really show how good a company can be or how bad they can be. Here M&V Limo showed they they are truly superstars in what they do . The Story : We had a 40 person Party bus booked for 6:30PM pickup . However our bus was late due to traffic. We know this was a legit excuse because there were several people in our party that were also very late because of the very same traffic. Sometimes things happen and all the planning in the world can't prevent it . This was one of those situations. When our bus was about 15 minutes late communication between me and M&V Limo started . To get our group moving in the quickest possible time, M& V sent a 30 person bus to our location ASAP (the bus was already in the area) . All together our pick up time was pushed back by 30 minutes, but M&V Limo stayed in constant communication with me and promised to make it up to us . when the driver arrived for our initial pick up he was apologetic for being tardy and helped up load the bus up with out stuff and get us moving as fast as possible, Since we had a hour and a half stop scheduled at a restaurant in the city, M&V Limo arranged for our original 40 Personal party bus we ordered to meet us there to continue the night. He sent his best driver (Bus Driver named Jack, He is awesome, totally request him if he is available). When we left the Restaurant our 40 person bus with bathroom and dancing pole was waiting for us outside, we were super hyped. The sound system was amazing, the bus was clean, coolers loaded with water and ice, lighting was awesome and the seating comfortable, the ride was smooth and the driver knew our route and kept us on schedule. To make up for the late arrival M&V Added an extra hour to our bus time, but we were having such an amazing night we opted to add yet another out on top of that. Bus Driver Jack addressed any needs that came up and even added an extra stop to the itinerary on the fly to drop off someone home before they turn into a pumpkin. Before this party I have never had to book a party bus or had think of all the things involved in planning a bachelor party. During the booking process and during the party itself, M&V limo staff made planning this portion of the party a breeze. they even had some suggestions for other parts of the party. All the staff was friendly and helpful and when something did not go correctly the staff was on top of it immediately and did not stop until we were happy. That night was the greatest night in the world! All other nights that come after it are nothing more than a tribute! Thanks M&V ! I used M&V for my wedding on 10/16/2015 and Booking the M&V was nice and simple. We had ordered a Chrysler 300 Limo for the bridal party and a Mercedes Coach Bus to transport our guests from our hotel to the venue. Our limo driver, Joe, was amazing. He helped the ladies in and out of the limo and even helped the guys with their boutonnieres. He was a amazing all the way around. The bus was the only blemish on what was an incredible day. The bus arrived at 4:30pm at the hotel when it was supposed to. At that time I did not realize that it was a regular bus, not what we ordered. To sum up the issue, the bus driver STOPPED making runs from the hotel to the venue after the 2nd time, meanwhile we had asked him to go until 7:30pm to and from the hotel. Half of our guests did not get to our ceremony on time because the bus driver stopped doing his job. At the end of the night, we had asked the driver of the bus to begin doing runs from the venue to the hotel at around 10:30 - 11:00pm until 12:15am when our contract was up. He was at the venue at 10:30 but did not leave until 11:22pm because he wanted to pack the bus. This meant that there was not enough seats for everyone and some people were standing (I have photos proving this). Not safe at all. Oh and I forgot to mention that about 12 of us didn't get into the first run back to the hotel including the bride, groom, mothers and fathers of the bride and groom along with the best man and maid of honor. I waited with my bride for 60 minutes until the bus returned to pick us up at the venue which is 15 minutes away. After being in contact with M&V explaining the situation, my bride and I were left at the venue waiting for the bus to come pick us up. When it finally arrived, I realized that it was just a regular bus, not the Merc coach bus we had reserved. The driver got out of the bus and DID NOT say one word to either myself or my bride. He was EXTREMELY rude. Not one word 'hello" "congratulation" "how are you?" NOTHING. After all of this, the next day I called and explained everything to Ray and Jay, the 2 GM's. They were very nice and understanding. They offered us a free ride to the cruise terminal for our honeymoon or something else. I declined. Ray said he would have to speak to the owner about getting any other monies back to us for their rudeness and complete unprofessional conduct. I AM STILL WAITING to hear back. customer service is awful... expressed how terrible of a trip we had and they reached out saying they wanted to "fix it" and haven't heard back.. it has been weeks... this company is awful and they do not care about their customers... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS... they deleted my other reviews.. so i will gladly share it again and as many times as i need too. Absolutely horrible experience. not even worth the 1 star. The driver ( TAJ ) was beyond rude and not friendly at all. seemed like he was annoyed that it was a bachelorette party (which he knew when he called the day before to confirm!!!) his driving was horrendous, took the most round about longest way to get to our destination making the time we had to spend at our destination way less than it should have been. we asked to extend for another 2 hours so we could have the time we were supposed to originally have. he denied that said he will only do 1 extra hour. When he dropped us off at our destination he DEMANDED the tip up front and when I went to hand him the tip he had the AUDACITY to aske me "how much?" and then DEMANDED more of a tip. I purposely made sure that the tip was well over 20% before the trip. Tip is not mandatory and absolutely not demanded, it is based off your service and the service this man provided was absolutely the worst. when the trip was over and we were gathering our things from the limo he told us "your trip is done, you should have grabbed your things when getting out" and would not let us make sure that nothing was left behind, turns out one of the girls dropped her phone in the limo. we called the next day about 5-8 times for them to look in the limo for the phone (we knew it was there because we saw the location on find my iPhone) they kept saying they didn't see it. it took us physically going down there ourselves to find and get the phone back.. so not only will they steal your money and provide you with absolute trash service... they will steal your belongings as well.. keep deleting the reviews i will keep posting them because people should absolutely be aware and not be scammed the way we were and deserver their special day to be perfect and enjoyable, and these people are not the ones to use for that. read more

5.0 star rating I'll first start off by saying Ryan of M&V limo from the start was great, I'm truly luck to have spoken to him during my first phone call. Ryan was patient and took the time to work with me to get the most out of my budget. Ryan never forced me to chose a limo I didnt want he took the time to work out the decision making and this was over a two week period. Now that's customer service. I decided to go with the Antique Rolls Royce for me and my Bride and the 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade with 5th door for the wedding party (Amazing). The Wedding Day: I woke up at the hotel on 48th and Lex in NYC and looked out the window at 7am to see snow coming down buy the inches, I was very concerned about the Antique RR being able to get around the city in this type of weather, approximately an hour later I get a call from M&V telling me they were upgrading my package from the antique RR to the NEW Phantom Rolls Royce because of the weather at no cost. How awesome is that!!!! What a great way to start our crazy wedding day experience. My wife to be at the time had no idea of the upgrade at the time of pick up and was so excited when she stepped out of the hotel into that beautiful automobile. Once the ceremony was over, walking out of the church was the first time I seen the PRR and it blew me away, I couldn't have been more impressed. Time for photos in NYC Central Park: The Drivers from M&V had a major task of maneuvering thru NYC Holiday Traffic, in one of the most busiest areas in NYC, fighting Taxis,tourists, traffic and NYPD traffic agents looking to keep traffic flowing. M&V drivers handled the stress of NYC to the fullest and still got us to our Reception 10min in advance for more picture taking. After a 5 star experience with M&V when I used them to propose to my fiance, I used them again for a LI winery trip for her birthday as well and got the complete opposite experience the second time around...unfortunately. We only had a limited window of time to make it to each winery. The driver's route on the way there was roundabout to say the least, so we arrived to the first stop late, which set the tone for the rest of the afternoon. Did not even make it to the last winery because of confusion on the address, so we just cut our losses and I advised him to go home rather than circle back. When I expressed my complaint about the driver and the overall experience, it was met with immediate defense.....with no acknowledgement, understanding, or appreciation for my side of the situation. They already had my money at this point and because the contracts say "no refunds under any circumstances", that apparently protects them even if I don't believe I received the service that I agreed to. What they believed was "making it right by me" was a joke. I was met with promises that I would be taken care of for the wedding and this wouldn't happen again, but what they failed to realize was that after an experience like this, why would I risk something similar happening on the wedding day? Definitely not. In hindsight, the way i see it is they gave me the A-Team to get my business the first time, and then when I came back for more they got comfortable and felt like it wasn't necessary to show the same the second time around. Darian absolutely rocks! He's personable and gave us a sweet deal on our rental. We rented (2) limos for our wedding day and they were luxuriously clean, the drivers were polite, exceptionally accommodating and arrived earlier than expected. After the ceremony, my husband and I walked to the limo on a red carpet where a champagne stand awaited us, served by the driver and provided to us by Darian. Overall, this is a great company to rent from. They paid attention to details in terms of the route of the limos and were dependable in following through with the specific details of the travel plans. Additionally, there are a plethora of limos to choose from. Their inventory ranges from party buses to limo classics; from cost effective options to high-end varieties, included. All vehicles were clean with that new car smell including our rentals; almost as if we were the first ones using it. My only complaint is that getting through to someone on the phone is not the best. The person who picks up may not necessarily be able to help with booking, so, often times you have to hold and leaving a message does not result in an expedient reply. This happened when we tried to book an appointment to view the limos in the first place and when I wanted to confirm the logistics of the wedding. We chose to go on site to speak with Darian face-to-face to circumvent this minor communication inconvenience. It was a pleasure working with Darian! Just to show how shady this company is, they have two Yelp pages. But I digress:: This was the worst experience I've ever had with a limo company for a wine tour. We go out east all the time and know the area very well. They were a little late picking us up and then the driver went the wrong was on the the LIE. Instead of going north on exit 70 he went south and then took us through a parade, which brought us into a ton of traffic. My boyfriend had to direct the driver to the correct way. When we finally got to our destination, we called the limo company to ask for a little more time since the driver went the wrong way and sent us into traffic, but they said the driver told them WE TOLD HIM TO GO THE WRONG WAY and they wouldn't do anything for us because they had to pick up a different party after we were done. Fine. One of the people on our bus was 15 minutes late coming back and then the driver said they would have to charge us $185 for another hour!!!!!!! This was at the first stop on the way home. (We had two) well, we fought that because they were obviously just trying to price gouge us, we sat at the first stop for like a half hour before they were ultimately like okay we wont CHARGE YOU now. Hmmm... that's odd? Didn't u have somewhere else to be? That's why u wouldn't give us another hour? But you were willing to wait 30 minutes for us to shell out $185? Total thieves. A group of Jehovah"s Witnesses who are from the Kingdom Hall in Central Islip wanted to take a trip up to Tuxedo Park, New York, to tour our new world headquarters. Since this was my first time doing something like this I was not experienced at all. I researched many bus companies and got different quotes. Reviews were mixed as well. A friend of mine just happened to mention to me about M&V Limousine. He had a very nice experience with them a few years ago in using them for his son's wedding.I stopped in and liked from the start my experience. The receptionist at the desk was very kind and helpful. I was introduced to Craig who became my agent. He assisted me throughout the process. Craig happily met all the criteria I asked for. Craig was not only very professional but approachable and pleasant to work with. On the day of our departure from the Central Islip Kingdom Hall our driver came about 20 minutes early. Because of this we were able to leave right on time. His name was Jude. We had an excellent experience with him. Jude was a careful and cautious driver. Also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The bus was very clean and comfortable. M&V Limousine made our first luxury bus experience delightful. I will recommend them to other congregations around Long Island who might also plan a trip to Tuxedo Park. We truly appreciate the wonderful service we received from M&V Limousine. OK. M&V did make sure the 2nd school trip of the week ran much more smoothly. Not sure what the company is doing to make up for the disaster of the 4th grade trip but the 5th grade trip was a much better trip... The buses didn't break down and my driver was very nice. The DVD player still didn't work but the ride was comfortable. I am very disappointed with M&V Limousine!!! My son was on a field trip today (06/13/17) and this company sent a driver with a suspended license. Ok so maybe an oversight! Then another bus was leaking fluids. It was planned for the buses to leave at 8am. Well those issues delayed the trip for over an hour. Then my son's bus broken down on Indian Head Rd in the next town over. The driver actually suggested the kids (4th graders) get off the bus on this 4 lane busy road. My son then had to wait expecting another charter bus which didn't happen. Instead, the kids took a school bus today after waiting almost an hour in the parking lot. Yup, in this 90-95 degree weather. The 4th graders missed 2 hours of their 5 hour trip to the Bronx Zoo. Than we were promised another bus for the ride home but instead they cramped the group on to the other buses. Needless to say... Not happy. Would NEVER, EVER recommend this company!! read more

OK everyone, First let me tell you that this was the first time I wanted to hire a Limo. I went on line and saw that there was one not to far from where I live. So I called. I spoke to Jenna Pollack. I told her that it was my daughters 50th birthday and wanted it to be extra special. What a nice person Jenna is. She worked with me every step of the way. I must have called her over 10 times and each time she was as pleasant as the first. The limo driver called me 15 minutes before arriving,right on time. We had several stops from Queens to Brooklyn to NYC. The driver was THE BEST!!. A long white Sparkling Limo pulls up Tawana the driver opens the door and Wow the inside was so clean It. It had cold Champagne ready cold waters cups napkins. Everything worked lights heat /a/c and Music We were on time for everything that night. All we had to do was call the driver 15 minutes before and there she was,ready to take us to our next sttop The driver made turns down side streets that some cars would have a problem She was amazing. A highly recommended service from beginning to end. After screening other companies in the tri-state area M&V Limousines stood out as the most professional and reliable. I scheduled a business night out to a Bruno Mars concert following a formal dinner and Darian thoroughly briefed the fleet of limos available before booking. On the day of the concert the limo arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled and furthermore was upgraded from an 8-person to a 10-person limousine! Our driver for the evening, Zoltan, was more impeccably dressed than we were and I felt totally reassured about the night! He casually explained the operating features of the interior in great detail before our 5pm departure and the car was immaculately clean and comfortably air-conditioned. Despite our tight window to make our 6:30pm dinner appointment all the way into NJ he brilliantly navigated peak rush hour traffic from JFK to Newark... We arrived promptly at our restaurant at 6:25pm! Following the concert he gave us precise location information to easily exit the arena directly to the limousine despite the masses of people and vehicles flooding the area. MADE ILLGAL U TURN OUT AT WINERIES -SAME SPOT YOUNG LADIES KILLED!???!?!?! Do not use them! My daughter booked this for a wine tasting which included 3 wineries. Before they left my home I asked the Limo driver "RON" to be careful and to please NOT make the illegal U turn that killed the young ladies back in July 2015. He assured me he would not. Well guess what HE DID IT, he made the illegal u turn with them screaming in back of limo not to do it? Are you kidding me? He put 8 people at risk because?? He should not be driving. I called the owner of the company that same day once they returned home. He listened to me and took my phone number. I have not heard from him since... 3 days have gone by, you think he cares? The driver also is suppose to walk them into each winery since the admission into each winery is paid thru M&V. My Son is graduating with Honors with his class so for his Prom, he got whatever he wanted. MY son asked for a stretch Chrysler 3000 (Whatever that is) and from day 1, Billy was reassuring me he will take care of everything. I am a (s)mother who hasn't cut the damn cord and proud of it. My son only needs to come home with B's and the world is served to him on fine China. I only had to express this to Billy one time and he reassured me that he will send me the best Chrysler for my son and his prom date (Yes only 2 people)...not only did Billy keep his word, he gave me an upgrade for free! The driver he sent, Mr. Greg Hoyt, was professional, patient and very understandable when my son's prom date's family came down take 100 pictures. Mr. Hoyt didn't mind making unscheduled stops just to take more pictures, he communicated with my son throughout the night as instructed. My son and his date were treated like royalty because that's what I told Billy they were. I will recommend Billy and Mr. Greg Hoyt repeatedly with confidence.
