Had a wonderful experience with Transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport with Fast Break Car Service. Both drivers Steve and Joe were both timely and responsive. Both drivers confirmed with arrival times for pickups. They both also notified us of the car they would be in so we could easily identify which car we were getting into at pickup time. The cars were clean safe and very well maintained. Both drivers placed our luggage into the car at pickups and unloaded our luggage at drop offs. Both Steve and Joe were personable friendly and drove safely and efficiently. Highly recommend Fast Break Car Service for your transportation needs.. We definitely plan to use this service again!! read more

Always 100% reliable. Knowing that we will start our travels by booking Steve to get us to and from the airport has taken away a level of stress and allows us to travel with confidence and peace of mind. Nobody does it better. We are so grateful to Steve- he's kind, happy, knowledgeable, and thoughtfu! read more

What an amazing company! I consistently use this company for airport drop offs and pickups, concerts, shows, and a girls day out. The drivers are professional, courteous, always early and awaiting for me, and most importantly I always feel safe and appreciated. Each vehicle is clean, smells good, and spacious. I'm so glad to know that I can always rely on Steve to call me back, make each reservation workout for my best interest, and his follow up is top notch. Truly, the only company I will use. read more

We can't say enough great things about Steve from Fast Break. We have been using his car services for years. He is always on time (his on time is 10-15 minutes early) and we have never had an issue. He has even waited over an hour for us one morning after we overslept and almost missed our flight. We have been and will definitely continue to use his services! Keep up the good work Steve!!!! read more

We found Steve online through a local FB page. He was very quick to respond to my message and to give us a quote for a ride to and from LaGuardia airport from Bohemia. His prices are very reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with. Steve even offered to have coffee waiting for us, since it was a very early pick up! I would highly recommend FastBreak Car Service. read more

Steve was great from the moment I requested a quote all the way through to drop off at the terminal. Prompt, courteous and professional and very funny too! He kept us relaxed and entertained on our drive to JFK. I will definitely use their services again. Clean car, roomy, he was early! Thank you! read more

First time customers and will definitely be using them again. Steve & company are great professionals with excellent customer service. We had a last minute changes of dates due to illness and they were so accommodating. Drivers were always early - Steve gave great attention to detail of trip info and also did a reconfirmation call before the trip. Their service was the one part of my trip I never had to worry about. They went above and beyond and earned my future business! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called first thing in the morning and I thought I was being very respectful on the phone I asked if I could get a price on a limo that would fit about 15 people. When I told the man about he went off on a tangent about how if I don't have the exact number then I'm looking at four cars??? How would I be looking at four cars if I asked for a limo??? I've been in limos that fit 10-15 people. I'm assuming once he realized I was younger he decided my customer opinion meant nothing because he started raising his tone and getting an attitude. I asked him politely if he could not give me an attitude because I'm trying to work with him and he said alright honey have a nice day. I think he said his name was Steve, absolutely horrible customer service and never call a woman honey again you pig. read more

Made the trip so easy. Steve was hilarious, customer focused, and made the entire trip easy. Coming in to JFK can be hectic. Steve made it nice and smooth and got me home in no time laughing the whole trip. I'd strongly recommend and will use his services again. read more

TERRIBLE!!! Avoid this service!!! The bride rented their van to transport guests to the venue. The van arrived on a hot, muggy day and the A/C was not working. So 12 guests sat in a sweltering van for 25 minutes ! No windows were open either! We all arrived dripping in sweat. Upon arrival, my daughters feet were so sweaty that she slipped on the stair while exiting the van and fell to the ground. She cut both knees and was bleeding a lot, badly bruised a foot and got a gash in her finger that was also bleeding. She was terribly shaken up and the driver did not even offer us a band aid. The driver did not apologize and they picked us up to return to the hotel in the same van with NO A/C! He drove us back with the door open. TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEM! read more

Been calling party bus companies all afternoon to get a sense of what size buses they have. I called this company and asked what the largest size party bus they have is. The man said "for what date?" I thought this was a strange question because the date of my event shouldn't dictate the vehicles they have in their fleet...but I answered him anyway that my event is in April. He said..."Okay April.. so what are we doing". I then said " Sir, I've been calling limo companies all afternoon and they're happy to tell me the passenger size of the buses in their fleet" and he said "Well you know what, then you have a good night" and hung up the phone. Not really sure why this guy would offer such horrific customer service right off the bat as I very well may have offered him my business if he had a party bus within my specifications, but needless to say I will not be calling back and hopefully after reading my review nobody else will either. No need to be rude to people who are simply inquiring for perfectly reasonable information, especially information that his COMPETITORS, all of the other limousine/party bus companies on Long Island, were MORE than happy to volunteer instantly, without asking me the date or nature of my event. read more

Steve is great! I highly recommend Fast Break for whatever your needs may be . My situation wasn't easy, I couldn't give Steve exact days/times in advance because it was a Manhasset hospital drop off/pickup. Steve handled it professionally, always picked up my calls regardless of the time. Our drive was comfortable, car was clean . He is very accommodating and entertaining! I will absolutely use his service again ! Thanks again for Everything Steve ! read more

Great company was on time for both pick up and drop off. Very professional on the phone and in person.

***** PLEASE READ BEFORE REACHING OUT***** ZERO STARS!!!! If I can give them ZERO stars I WOULD. Do NOT book from them. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. People who are rude and hangs up on their customers do NOT deserve ANY future customers. Here is what happened: I called them to tell them about a very hectic itinerary that I planned running back and forth between New York City and New Jersey all in one day. A very rude person was on the other side of the line. His tone was rude from the get-go. As I am not from NY, I was only able to rely on Google map traffic to gauge traffic conditions during certain hours and plan my meetings according to that. I told this very rude person who picked up the phone my plan and he said this is definitely not doable and that I cannot rely on Google map for traffic information. I asked for an opinion on how I can arrange my meetings so it would be feasible with the NY traffic, what time I should leave my meetings etc. Here is what he said, "Ma'am with your plans, we are not going anywhere." [CLICK] He hung up on me!! I called back immediately and said "Um, excuse me? Why did you hang up on me? I asked for an opinion on how to arrange my day so it works well with NY traffic. I am not from there. But you just say ok it's not doable and then hang up on me?!" He kept trying to brush off what he did. Not at all apologetic. Unbelievable. I hung up because there really was no point in wasting time to talk to someone who is so rude and unwilling to help. Everyone - There are a LOT of private driver services in New York. We do NOT have to give business to this type of customer service. They do not deserve ANY customers. read more

These guys are the worst. No help and terrible attitude. Flat out lied to me and said they were booked because my trip wasnt far enough

Been using Fastbreak for a while now The cars are always clean the last trip we did the traffic was horrendous Neil our driver Knew all these roundabout ways to get around the traffic very professional I wouldn't use any other service. read more

This is a great service. Steve called to confirm my pickup in the city. He gave me the name and number of my driver so I could keep communication open. The traffic in the city was horrendous, but our driver was right on time. Ray our driver was courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend them for your next trip! read more

We used this company recently to take us from our home to JKF and back. Steve the owner drover us and did a great job! On time both ways, quick pick-up at the airport. Our plane was delayed and Steve waited at JKF until we arrived with no additional cost. We will surely use him again! read more

Steve and his team provided my son and I with excellent round trip service to and from JFK. And the price was very affordable compared to other car services I researched. Highly recommend this group for your car service needs. read more

I wish I would've at least experienced the service before making a review, and I've never written a review before on ANYTHING, but the guy on the phone was probably high or drunk!! He couldn't talk straight and all I wanted was a price. He couldn't hold a conversation and kept saying that I was confusing. I said there is no confusion I just needed a price he said "we're done here" and hung up on me. Hope someone has a better experience with this company, or at least gets someone else on the phone with more professional speaking skills! Smh read more

I would strongly recommend Steve and fast break. He was a pleasure to deal with making the reservation for airport transportation. His driver appeared early and was very professional. Everything was exactly as he said. Unfortunately because of multiple returning flight delays, it didn't work out to use this company on the way home. However, Steve made his best effort to try to make it work, certainly not his fault. He would even text me when he saw my flight would be delayed. read more

Great service! On vacation the last thing you want to do is worry about your transportation when you've already made reservations. We truly felt taking care of. Steve confirmed with us for pick up and drop off. Kevin was on time every time! Gave us our drivers contact info, Kevin was right outside the airport when we arrived and due to construction it was not easy getting in and out, but he was right on time. No worries!!! read more

amazing and professional car service! made everything seemless and worry free! would recommend them 100percent!!!

We have used Fast Break Car Service several times and have always been extremely pleased with the service, price and ease. Our driver Kevin is always on time, the car is clean and we have found that Fast Break is one of the only car services that will either use your car seats/boosters or have one available for use. The level of communication while traveling is amazing, after a long international flight it is a great relief to receive a text that the car is there and waiting for you once you get through customs. We will definitely be using Fast Break in the future. read more

Professional and punctual. Traffic the day of our departure was heavier than normal, Kevin showed up early to compensate and we arrived at LGA on time and relaxed! Our flight coming home was early, received a text from Steve with our driver's number before the plane even arrived at the gate! Followed immediately by a text from Tom, our driver. We collected our bags, walked to the curb and Tom arrived. Would never use any other service! read more
