Let me start by saying that our family has traveled many times (blessed to have done so), and with…read morethat brings many experiences with service companies. This transportation company will be our go-to forever if they maintain their current standards. They were professional, communicative, and the most affordable choice (which was shocking, given what we received- other companies would've charged more for half the service this company delivered!). Our driver, Eddie, was on-time (early), and arrived with an immaculately cleaned vehicle that comfortably fit our family of 6 (ranging from ages 3-72). Of course our family still needed a few minutes to collect ourselves, and we asked if we could bring a couple of extra bags that we hadn't originally planned. Eddie was patient, reassuring us not to rush, and that he could certainly accommodate the extra bags. He helped my entire family get collected and in the car while I double-checked for any last minute things we might've forgotten. He was more than accommodating for the entire ride to LGA- safe driving, consistently checking in w/ us throughout the ride regarding temperature controls/radio/small talk w/mom, basically trying to accommodate six ppl on a long ride and he did it wonderfully. We requested Eddie specifically on our travels back home six days later (which the company gracefully accommodated), and the reverse trip was indeed just as wonderful. Late flight, delayed by over an hour (with us having limited communication to update them)- yet they tracked our flight and our driver was right there, patiently waiting to help with our bags and to load us up to take us home safely. We are a lifetime customer

For the last 15 years I have used limousine services for our "end of year office party"…read more They last a year or two and then the cracks appear. They're late, they don't know their way around the city, and eventually they pick you up in a limo that looks like it's been trashed and then over charge to boot. Step in East End Moon. Over the past few years I have never and I mean never had one issue. Moon and Taz are professional business people. They understand what your needs are and cover everything. Cars are immaculate, almost like they were detailed just before picking you up. Whether it's Moon or Taz, they dress and act like real gentlemen. The dress aspect is a pet peeve of mine. One service we used had a driver show up in shorts and a Hawaiian shirt. The car is always stocked with soft drinks, beer, and liquor, albeit limited, which is understandable. Unlike some other companies that provide bottled water and dirty glasses. Their pricing is on or below the competition. I could go on all day but I suggest you try them when you need a professional limousine service. You won't be disappointed.

Don the Owner (he call's me Charlie McCarthys Daughter, a nick name he gave me) Is a great person and funny. (His other female dispatcher is also great at her job.) Every driver they have sent to my home for pick up to the airport has been kind, helpful, and got me safely to and from the Airport. And as a person that travels solo for work, feeling comfortable with who is driving you is important. They track your flights and even if its delayed they know and will be there. Recently we had Dante for our drive, and he has also driven my elderly parents, and made sure that they got safely inside the airport.
