Let me start by saying that our family has traveled many times (blessed to have done so), and with that brings many experiences with service companies. This transportation company will be our go-to forever if they maintain their current standards. They were professional, communicative, and the most affordable choice (which was shocking, given what we received- other companies would've charged more for half the service this company delivered!).
Our driver, Eddie, was on-time (early), and arrived with an immaculately cleaned vehicle that comfortably fit our family of 6 (ranging from ages 3-72). Of course our family still needed a few minutes to collect ourselves, and we asked if we could bring a couple of extra bags that we hadn't originally planned. Eddie was patient, reassuring us not to rush, and that he could certainly accommodate the extra bags. He helped my entire family get collected and in the car while I double-checked for any last minute things we might've forgotten.
He was more than accommodating for the entire ride to LGA- safe driving, consistently checking in w/ us throughout the ride regarding temperature controls/radio/small talk w/mom, basically trying to accommodate six ppl on a long ride and he did it wonderfully. We requested Eddie specifically on our travels back home six days later (which the company gracefully accommodated), and the reverse trip was indeed just as wonderful. Late flight, delayed by over an hour (with us having limited communication to update them)- yet they tracked our flight and our driver was right there, patiently waiting to help with our bags and to load us up to take us home safely.
