For our wedding we rented the 1961 Princess Rolls Royce, very cool car in great condition. Driver was polite and on time. Wow what a trip! The Alumni Relations committee of the Langone Student Government wanted to plan a trip for the graduating students of the part time MBA program. My first call was to Darian over 2 months ago and he has worked with us every step of the way. Darian took the time to explain all the options and answer all my questions. Darian was more than accommodating during the multitude of contract changes. He may have sensed I was nervous, and this was my first time planning a trip for 30+ people. At the end of each of our 20+ conversations, Darian always assured me we were going to have a good time. He made suggestions and about vineyards locations, vehicle sizes and purchasing extra time (because of traffic and our proximity to the vineyards) but I never once felt that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Darian also took the time to learn about who I was. He regularly asked about my day, my family, how school was going, what I did for work (I even sent him pictures of my current construction projects!). He made me feel there was a connection to be had beyond that of the transactional relationship. Most importantly, Darian ALWAYS made himself available by email, text and telephone during days, nights, weekends, and more. It was apparent to my team and I that Darian is ALL about the customer and his work truly showed it. On the day of the trip my group and I were blown away! I was texting Darian updating him about our trip. Our driver, Avi, was wonderful. He worked with my team and I making suggestions and changes on the fly to ensure we had a good time. I have no idea how anyone could ever get lost going to my house considering I am literally right off the parkway and off a main road. no one has ever gotten lost going to my house in the whole 24 years I've lived here. I let it slide and gave him directions to get here. of course like 15 minutes later he finally got here. we expected a fun little ride to Merrick from Mineola. yeah so the radio did not work, the ac went on and then wouldn't shut off so we were all freezing as it blasted us all with cold air. after awhile we start looking out the window because the drive seems to really be taking forever & not just because there is no music, plus freezing. he took us to the wrong RESTAURANT!!!!! 30 minutes away in MELVILLE! so I have all these people at my own bridal shower wondering where we are since we are now more than fashionably late. so we had to drive all the way back to Mineola basically then drive in the other direction. I'm sure there would have been some easier faster way but sorry I forgot my GPS. so that added another 25 minutes? we ended up getting to my OWN bridal shower over an hour late. we were supposed to get there at NOON exactly. not AFTER 1 pm!!!!! since we were so late we had to rush through everything and I didn't get to finish opening my gifts in front of everyone. shame I wanted to use them for my bachelorlette party. One of the only things my husband wanted on our wedding day was to drive in a Rolls Royce at the end of our wedding. Thus, we were stunned when we were not sent a Rolls Royce. Yes, it was still a beautiful antique car, but we were insulted that M&V figured they could send whatever car they wanted despite my husband having called to confirm multiple times in the past month. Not only that, but there was no "Just Married" sign, to which they responded, "We had a lot of weddings." The night before, we also used M&V to transport 10 of our friends and family to Yonkers. This experience and our wedding night experience provided two perfectly nice but completely lost, unprepared drivers. We had to provide assistance in both occasions. We booked them for our friends bachelorette party touring the Vineyards. The limo service was very prompt! Arrived 15 minutes early and even patiently waited for us as we were running late. Our driver was nice as can be- Gary. He was super helpful too as one of our friends was a wee-bit hung over from the previous night and had some issues riding in back; he helped her and even let her ride up front with him. We rode in the Expedition limo (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and it was overly spacious with 15 of us and the ride was incredible. We had tons of room for all the bottles of wine we bought! Hired this company for a wine tour for a group of 22. The way it's presented on the website seemed too good to be true and it was. Terrible customer service. No responses to emails or phone calls. Took the deposit and never delivered what was posted. Constant excuses and changes to itinerary. Nothing as advertised. I finally booked with another company and cancelled with M&V. "Billy" on the phone promised a prompt refund. Of course this never happened. Numerous emails later I finally called Amex to dispute the charge and was credited back my deposit. Stay away from this company for wine tours UPDATE:::: Craig from M&V limo contacted me to apologize for the lack of communication. It was a nice gesture. The bus malfunctioned on our way back to hotel and instead of warning the guests on bus or pulling over, the driver kept going. This caused fear on the bus and several guests asked to get off. Never again! We booked this limo months in advance for our children's Junior Prom. They called about 30 minutes before the event and said that there was a mix up with the paperwork and that the limo wouldn't be there to get them to the prom on time. Very disappointing. I used this company to provide shuttle for my wedding. I have waited to post this review in hopes they would make right of the situation that they screwed up but after calls & emails that were sent on my behalf I still have yet to have any results with owner or manger. I used them for my wedding on 10.22. They tried to raise the price for one extra hour that we had to add because of a venue issue. They wanted to charge us for the extra hour almost as much as what we paid for, for a so called "unlimited 8 hour shuttle." We were again forced to rearrange timeline to accommodate this since we didn't have an extra $1800 for possibly not even a full hour that we would need the shuttle for. We were asked for a detailed list because even though we had "unlimited rides" we had to give exact pick up & drop off times for wedding party & guest. I sent detailed list & went over it with the company & even provided them with numbers for the groom, best man, bride & maid of honor so if any issues or concerns came up we could be contacted. My husband & his men were picked up not on time but they made it to venue for pictures. The shuttle driver then proceeded to listen to a guest we wasn't wedding party, bride or parents of bride or groom & told shuttle driver that i the bride was the venue & that he was to take her & my nieces to the venue. At no point did the driver contact myself or anyone to confirm this. He just listened to the guest. I was suppose to be at the venue with my bridal party to do pictures & first look before the ceremony by 4:30-4:45. I didn't get to the venue till 5:30 & had no time to do pictures as planned. All because of this my groom & i & our wedding party missed all of our cocktail hour which was not suppose to happen. My husband & I also were not able to get the pictures that we needed done. Overall all because of this decision that was made by the shuttle driver our wedding was messed up in ways that are not fixable. We cannot get our cocktail hour back or the pictures with family that we needed. Our wedding day is gone & those crucial moments we can never get back & for this reason I would never recommend this company to anyone! read more

The whole process was extremely efficient and they made sure the transportation to and from our wedding went smoothly. We got three vehicles from M&V, a 33 passenger party bus, a Chrysler 300 limo with the jet door, and a extended wheel base Rolls Royce, and they were all immaculate. We recently were on a trip to Niagara Falls and the Finger Lake region with 38 people-mostly Seniors and some with health issues. The bathroom on the bus suddenly was no longer functioning. There was no way to remedy the horrible situation that ensued. I cannot believe that in this day and age there was no way for the M & V Company to arrange for service or maintenance somewhere. On Saturday June 3, 2017, I rented a limousine for my daughter's prom for the cost of $1300. One would assume that a reputable company would send me a limousine in pristine and mint condition; on the contrary the chauffeur showed up with an old faded and discolored limousine. It was such an embarrassment that I could not take pictures of my daughter entering the limousine. This is the classic bate and switch from this company. Wow!!! We had SUCH a great experience with M&V limousines. We rented a party bus - leaving from Astoria and heading to the wineries out east. The party bus was huge, lots of space, Bluetooth to connect your music, stocked waters for the day etc. Our driver, John, was so sweet and such a pleasure! We were a group of 25+ year olds drinking heavily (lol sorry but it was my birthday) the whole ride to the winery and felt John did such a great job getting us there safely & he seemed totally unbothered by us having a great time. 1000% will be using M&V again and would highly recommend! Although the limo was spotless and arrived on time to take me and my bridal party to the church for our wedding ceremony, the weather was heavy rain and winds and the driver did not provide us with umbrellas. Fortunately, we had ones of our own but the driver couldn't open them without turning them inside out, then escorted the 1st bridesmaid outside only for her to find the back door locked so she had to stand out in the driving rain and wind waiting for him to go around to the front of the stretch limo to let her in. It happened a second time to the next bridesmaid. It took over 10 minutes to get just 2 bridesmaids and 1 bride into the limo and then pull away from the curb. We got to the church 1 minute before the ceremony. I was so upset from this experience that it affected my experience of my wedding ceremony. Will never use them again. read more

M&V came through for our wedding BIGTIME! We called with only 2 weeks until our wedding (our initial transpo cancelled on us last minute). They provided a 20px Cadillac limo. The driver (John Baptiste) arrived 2 hours early and was able to give the groomsmen an extra ride to the church that we were not even expecting (ahead of the bride).
