Tessa, the store manager went absolutely above and beyond for this new Verizon customer. It all…read morestarted with me switching from AT&T to Verizon online on 2/16 I placed my order for the two day shipping est delivery date of 2/18. As I was finishing my order it states my line would port until I activated my device, well a few hrs later that evening my line got ported (no service). On the 18th my tracking had not updated and it still showed in San Francisco, CA (Shipment exception Delay beyond our control). Called Verizon customer service on the 20th the guy couldn't help me much just said to wait till after Tuesday. By that night I had already received my bill with no service and no phone. Monday, I called Verizon again to check on this status (I'm at the point I want to cancel it completely). Well unfortunately this could not be canceled until the phone got returned, the CS-Verizon agent makes me a second order (paid twice) for a curbside pick-up to Camdenton, MO so how we have to do a hour ride each way to be able to get this phone. Once I received my "ready for pickup" email I called the store to make sure the order is ready. Tessa answers and I proceed to explain my horrible situation, she immediately proceeds to take care of me, making sure my phone would be ready to be set up and with service. She even offered to meet me half way to bring my phone to me. Honestly, if it wasn't for Tessa I would be back with AT&T now. Thank you, Tessa!

Nathan was rude, condescending, aggressive about high pressure sales, even after telling him not interested in additional services many times he held my phone hostage and harassed me, then got loud when I didn't fold under his bullying tactics. Nathan needs to be fired on the spot!!! And, he didn't even fix my phone when he told me to leave and have a nice day. I see other reviews that rate this store high - and I can't say this is a bad store - but they have a bad employee named Nathan that should be terminated immediately. They must be on bonus or commission because it was high pressure while holding my phone hostage so I couldn't leave. This is no place for "Used Car Sales Mentality".
