    Quick to sell, very slow to provide advice or assistance on the phones and plans that they sell. Poor customer service for AT&T.

It all…read morestarted with me switching from AT&T to Verizon online on 2/16 I placed my order for the two day shipping est delivery date of 2/18. As I was finishing my order it states my line would port until I activated my device, well a few hrs later that evening my line got ported (no service). On the 18th my tracking had not updated and it still showed in San Francisco, CA (Shipment exception Delay beyond our control). Called Verizon customer service on the 20th the guy couldn't help me much just said to wait till after Tuesday. By that night I had already received my bill with no service and no phone. Monday, I called Verizon again to check on this status (I'm at the point I want to cancel it completely). Well unfortunately this could not be canceled until the phone got returned, the CS-Verizon agent makes me a second order (paid twice) for a curbside pick-up to Camdenton, MO so how we have to do a hour ride each way to be able to get this phone. Once I received my "ready for pickup" email I called the store to make sure the order is ready. Tessa answers and I proceed to explain my horrible situation, she immediately proceeds to take care of me, making sure my phone would be ready to be set up and with service. She even offered to meet me half way to bring my phone to me. Honestly, if it wasn't for Tessa I would be back with AT&T now. Thank you, Tessa!

She went above and beyond to get us set up with new phone line and a new phone. She made us aware of a different device deal that also allowed us to upgrade an existing device. My mom is a senior citizen and isn't very tech savvy; Tessa was super patient and went way out of her way to help my mom finish the set up on her phone. My mom was nervous about switching over to Verizon because she had been with AT&T for so long. I've always been a Verizon fan and Tessa showed my mom why today. Great job, Tessa! I appreciate all the kindness and care with which you supported my mom in the switchover to a new phone and new carrier.

    Visited family at the Lake and for some reason my iPhone couldn't get any reception. I know it can…read morebe spotty at my in-laws house but even in town my GPS wasn't working. Mike helped me out and troubleshooter my phone. First reset the phone and then swapped out the SIM card. Seemed to do the trick, but it actually still wasn't working well. The next day, I went back and Mike helped me talk to Verizon support and had them send me a new phone since it was less than a year old. The next day my phone arrived ($12.99 for FedEx) and I went back to see Mike so he could help me switch phones. We backed up my phone and then setup the new phone. He said I could stay as long as I needed so my phone app could download all of my apps. Mikes a great guy and helped me for hours without even making a cent off me. Please see him if you need any cellular related at the lake.
