She asks what you want for your eyebrows and follows your instructions! I thought what I asked for and what I got was pretty similar! She will give you cooling gel after if you request it. My service was $14 not including tip! I would come again once in a while, may be when I have another eyebrow emergency and my wallet agrees!

I was also offered a tint to help make them look more even. Unfortunately, the tint didn't help and actually made the difference more noticeable because there was dark tint left on the skin underneath one brow, making it look even higher. I also felt like the tint didn't really change anything, so it felt like money wasted. I brought my daughter for her first brow shaping because she has very thick, long brows and only wanted them cleaned up and shaped. Unfortunately, hers were also left uneven -- one was thick and rounded while the other had a more pointed arch. She was disappointed as well. I will say the lady was very sweet, welcoming, and kind, and the place was extremely busy with lots of customers coming in and out. I have nothing negative to say about her customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place more for cleaning up and maintaining an eyebrow shape you already like, rather than creating a new shape, evening out uneven brows, or doing a first-time brow transformation. For those services, I would personally look for someone who specializes more specifically in brow shaping.

It's located in the first floor of one of the big apartment buildings on San Pablo - it's a small kiosk type shop with a number of other beauty service related operations. Even though it is on SP, parking was really easy to find - I just parked around the corner on a side street less than a block away. Shanti was absolutely amazing! Her vibe is super chill and laid back and she has the precision of a surgeon. I couldn't believe how clean and perfect my brows were when she finished. As a first time threading recipient, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the pain is quite minimal. If you have any experience with tweezing and/or waxing, you'll be just fine. Shanti is really great making you feel comfortable. She holds great conversation and is really friendly. I would go back and make sure that I book with her specifically in the future just to hang with her again while she brings my brows back to life. I get my brows laminated every few months, and I like them to be really precise and combed and gel upwards and bushy. She took every stray hair out, evened them out and trimmed them where needed. All in about 15 minutes! Definitely don't sleep on this cozy little shop and get pampered at a great price with a professional with a ton of experience who makes it look really easy!

I heard that M&M opened a new store near cal so I visited and wow! This is probably the nicest threading salon I've ever been to! I tried their waxing and facial by Rina (spelling?) and here's the details: Waxing: quick and painless! Rina is super fast and does such a clean job in such a systematic way. Loved it! Organic facial: AMAZING!! I was hesitating at first, but decided I'd try it once. She used their black diamond spa facial and my skin is sooo smooth!! I've been glowing since then and have gotten compliments from my friends. She used lot of fancy stuff that I don't recall anymore, but my skin has been glowing. I will definitely be getting them regularly for anti aging. Highly recommend this place! read more

She drenched my scalp in a $7 Adore hot pink dye that she charged $80 for alone, left bleach banding, patchy streaks, chemical stains on my FACE, then told me it looked "fine." She charged a total of $400 and fought my refund dispute. Her communication was hostile, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. I spent over $500 trying to fix it, but even top colorists said the dye had permanently stained my hair and they wouldn't bleach over it because of how badly she lifted it in the first place. If you value your hair or your money, DO NOT let Shadia near it.
