They had several produce vendors represented and as we made our rounds, something in my universe suddenly shifted because I caught the sight and smell of something special. We came upon a vendor (KT Eggs), selling fresh chicken sausage and organic eggs. I could not tell you anything else because I suddenly became fixated on that sausage. We taste it and BAM!!, the magic happens. This is the type of sausage, (Extra Hot Italian), we have been searching for since leaving New York several years ago. It is minimally processed, low in sodium and absolutely delicious! The ingredients are chicken, water and spices. WHAT? You mean I not only get fresh homemade sausage but I also recognize the ingredients? Get out!!! Wow, this sausage alone was worth the trip to the market and as I write this review I am enjoying that wonderful smell all over again. Glorious! If you want to get your hands on this sausage, I suggest you Google KT Eggs and go to their Facebook page which is full of helpful information.
