The eggs, sausage, bacon, and pancakes were also very good. The hash-browns seemed like they were shredded in-house and were very tasty. The menu is a bit limited, but considering the restaurant just opened last week, it seems like they're trying to nail the basics before expanding their menu. The atmosphere was simple and clean and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone in or passing through the area. At 11:00am on a Thursday the place was largely empty, maybe 10-12 patrons in a diner with a dozen or so tables and some counter seating. I was greeted at the door and offered any seat I preferred. I took a table by the window, and immediately greeted by another server. Earnest and sweet, I got a menu and a specials sheet. I ordered steak and eggs (with sausage gravy on the home fries I was offered. What I received was a perfectly medium rare sirloin, about 6oz - perfect for breakfast - encrusted with salt and cracked pepper (the multi-colored variety you can really see), along with my eggs over easy and home fries in a tasty sausage gravy with sourdough toast. It was absolutely delicious. My coffee never got to empty. The service was prompt and courteous, without being too much. I had an incredible breakfast, got a little work done, and passed a little time between meetings, and left thinking about when I might be back.
