Yeah they have everything but prices are a bit high if products are not on sale. Also the sales are very specific and obnoxious

We had a family reunion in Tippacanoe, and we decided to order sandwiches and cookies to take to share. Monica was wonderful to work with in making our sandwich trays. I visited a friend in Ohio and I went to get some stuff at giant eagle because we were having a BBQ. As soon as I was entering, the staff was rude as heck!! Saw a manager yelling profanities at their cart pusher and treating him like he wasn't even a human being. They don't hide the fact how rude they are not only to their customers but also to the employees. The prices are outrages, the service is lousy and the staff didn't even help us and just ignored us. Even the managers couldn't be found. I got out of that place fast and the cart pusher that look so young look so exhausted and was the only one working the carts. I felt it so hard to see that. I am NEVER going back to this giant eagle ever again. The way the employees act and the managers treat them with harsh unprofessional commentaries. I wouldn't even send my cousin to work there, even if they were the last place hiring. read more

A lot of people complain about prices being high. I have no issues with that. If you buy the store brand ,prices are many times cheaper than Walmart and Walmart does not give you a discount on gas locally. They also double coupons or you can have them added to your advantage card and the discount is automatically applied. In addition, they put out bags of ripened bananas (which my family prefers) for only 99 cents and there are often two or three bunches in a bag. We love the eadvantage program which allows us to get an item free or cheap every week just by linking it to our card and scanning it at the registers, They do have a deli section. It was briefly closed when the store was remodeling so pay no attention to the comment that says there is no deli section. read more

This store is a joke and the staff are rude. They wouldn't check me out without getting a membership. Since when are they a wholesale club and if so their prices sure don't show it. The check out woman was extremely rude.....Horrible store. I will never go here again and neither will my friends and family. read more

Giant eagles okay if there's no where else to go. Make sure you bring your wallet and get ready to be ignored for help if you have to buy a lot . Also if you're going in the morning bring a chair there's only one cashier and maybe a self checkout if your lucky but never lucky enough to get help bagging anything or if the machine spazzes out getting someone to take the time to swipe their card . read more

Deli food is awful! I purchased food for a party and I'll go to Buehlers next time. Macaroni and cheese was all cheese and no elbows, the sandwiches contained older meats that didn't sell I was truly upset over the outcome, had to run to Buehlers and they helped me my party was saved but it cost me a lot of money. Reached out to Giant Eagle and no return phone calls, they lost a once loyal customer. I realized after shopping else where they are dirty, no cashiers, no help, management is very poor since they wouldn't even return my call. Word of mouth goes a long way and my story has been told to many. read more

giant eagle is my second favorite grocery chain nationwide. my favorite is publix down south. i am a vegan now, but when i ate everything, giant eagle was my go to place for the very best. meats, dairy, bakery,chips, canned goods, etc, you name it. right now my diet consists largely of pastas and sauces without cheese added as an ingredient. i'm kind of new to the vegan game although i've tried before, although not with my current conviction. i always fell short before after a few months, due to lack of support within community, or cost, but whatever else i need , be it fresh veggies, or fresh fruits, rice, or beans, i can go to giant eagle with confidence. the fresh fruit has the same problem of being picked a little green, then gassed to mature by growers, but it's the best you'll find anywhere, no one remembers what fresh fruit is like anymore (i'm 63). if fresh fruit were available, i'm sure giant eagle would carry it, but they're as good as anyone as far as what's available. idk, the name brands may be a little high, but the giant eagle label is an excellent, high quality choice, just as good, if not better than name brands. you can trust giant eagle with your life. read more

Prices are high, Clean place. Meat doesn't look appetizing. (This is used to be Bag-N-Save - 24 hours savings) It's in the current Heritage Square, former (Miracle Lane Plaza). The outside doesn't look appealing. There is a Get-Go location at the end of the Plaza. Not my top choice, but I'll still get some odds n Ends if needed read more
