Also the Mobile App has no record of the Prescription. The doctors office did confirm they called in the Prescription. Would advise anyone in the area to go to a different pharmacy.

I forgot to pack my nebulizer machine and I am having trouble right now. I called to get my solution for it and unfortunately there isn't a prescription for it in the system. Jaime the pharmacist is a rockstar she filled my inhalers quickly and is trying to figure out about getting my solution I need. It took over two hours for them to fill a very common antibiotic. They told me it would only take 45 mins. I've never had a problem at any of their other locations, only this one. With what they call a deluxe I had to pay up to $125 plus deductible. My insurance had called them once before with me on the line and TODD stumbled over his words with her and couldn't give her any information either. So we called insurance again and there was no authorization that had been done like TODD had told my husband. So my insurance called again with us on the line and was told TODD is the only one who deals with this and of course his phone went to voicemail. TODD is a liar and will not call you back!!! Everyone we spoke to that answers the phones there knows absolutely nothing and always says TODD is the one who deals with it all. My insurance had nothing turned into them from this company to try to get me a walker even after TODD told my husband my walker had been approved with a copay. My insurance lady said I have NO COPAY!! I think this company is FRAUDULENT! Don't waste your time or money with them.
