Accucare offered used equipment that I did not accept for pest and equipment failure reasons. For 2 weeks I waited on the new equipment. The "new" equipment was brought to my home but it didn't work. They sent an employee to see what the problem was but he wasn't able to get it to work properly. He expected me to use my body weight to make the equipment work correctly. I refused because the equipment should work with ease. Accucare failed to remedy the issue and sent me on my way. I am appalled that a local store that I was trying to patronize would do this to a person in need.

I feel bad when I'm one of "those" customers. You know the ones. The ones who don't have anything helpful with them (like insurance info) and come in at the last minute. Yeah. That was me. Yet they remained friendly, helpful, and got me the nebulizer my mama needed! She showed me how to set it up for my mom and how to use it. Letting me know that if I have any questions, I could call them! She also informed me about the quarks of the machine (i.e. Don't leave it on for more than 30 mins at a time, etc.). I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness, and I highly recommend them for your medical supply needs!
