Second, this place is girl-heaven for unique gift buying, facials, make overs, the works. Laura is a freelance makeup artist by design and used to run her own business out of her home but it got too big so she opted to open a boutique in combination with the makeup artistry. Most of the time I'm visiting this store just to return products. There is such low inventory here…read morethat I have no choice but to buy it online. And I'm not talking about things this location doesn't happen to carry. It's the stuff they do stock - either missing testers or missing products. This lack of adequate stock spans multiple brands & types of products from lipstick to concealer to brushes. I'm not talking about the newest products that sell out quickly either, just typical stuff. Without fail, every time I find something I'd like to test, either the tester is there, but there's no inventory, or vice versa (which at least can be fixed immediately). Often, if it's a shade match that's needed, they don't have the full range available to work with. So, I get it online & have to haul what didn't work out back to the store. I almost dread browsing or finding something online I'd like to go in & test because it's such a let down when there's just tons of empty space where products should be. Plus I'm almost sure to have another errand to run in the future when my online order arrives & I need to return it. I'd love some mileage compensation. And adding insult to injury - if they refund to a gift card, you can only use it in store - if only I could...but the shelves are bare! Having said all that, the staff have always been wonderful. They've made good-great recommendations, are attentive, & most of all they tolerate my multiple, massive returns nicely. A little immature at times & occasionally have technical issues when processing the returns, but still, bravo to them for not running away when they see me coming. I'm always grateful for their patience & kindness. It is a decent consolation for the frustration that comes with the persistent lack of inventory, buy it online, return it loop.

She ended up dropping a good chunk of change here, almost a $100, me I was wish shopping. It is not a payday weekend for me, I was just mainly her shopping partner today.
