I assume "Liz" checked the footage from the beginning and felt like a complete idiot. And instead of APOLOGIZING for being so rude and irrational, she leaves a refund at the front desk this morning and said I am banned from tanning there. So because you were wrong, you IN FACT put your feelings before your business and cowardly banned me. I truly dont know how you, Elizabeth Zuver*, get away with talking to people the way you do This salon deserves a 1 star for effort. Also, on Sunday I informed Elizabeth that on SATURDAY the girls put me in a dirty tanning bed and I had to return to the front desk and tell them my bed wasn't clean, and the bed cleaner said woops that room wasn't clean. While doing my hair, her and her staff were talking politics. I did yell for them to stop talking politics and I didn't want to hear it. She apologized and said that's just the way they talk while working (or something along that line), You're at work with the public. (Why discuss such a hot topic with paying customers inside). While she was rinsing my hair, she decided to say to a fellow stylist that she would like to go to the Freedom of America in Texas. and I knew exactly what she was talking about. Also, there was a guy there (I think it was her husband) and he needs to be told to keep his hands off people. There is no need for him to be touching women without their consent. The guy was very quick with us, gave us no instructions on how to clean, and everything else you need for a new piercing and even pierced my friend twice. Since then we've all taken our piercings out and mine was pierced so low it wouldn't even heal. I went to two other reputable piercers and they both advised to take it out. Would not recommend.
