Hair Plus Beauty Supply Store Review I love this store; I…read morehave been going to the store for about 10 years now and I have never been disappointment with the selection, the prices, or the kindness of the store owner and staff. I can always find what I need and the staff is helpful to answer any questions I ask. No matter what hairstyle I want to try out, I can find the right products and items to take care of it. If I want the latest brand or if I want to make my own Ayurvedic hair treatments, I can find what I need. The owner is such a sweet lady and she is always willing to help, she even helped me with cutting the lace on a unit before for my protective style. The store has a reward card to earn points and savings and the prices are affordable for great quality products. Like the name of the store, hair plus - they have hair plus more...lol. The store is large with a big selection of everything hair related! While on my hair growth journey, I find all of my hair care things, protective style items, and hair fashion. I also have a lot of the earrings. The quality for the cost is great. I highly recommend Hair Plus and I will continue to shop there. #naturalhair #haircare #protectivestyles #HairPlus #hairgrowth #beautifulhair #crownact #takecareofyourcrown #beautysupplystore #hairsupplies #Ayurvedichaircare #fivestars #highlyrecommend #naturalhair2wl #TheCrownAct #teamnatural #Hairandfashion #walkinginwellness Yvette

I was out of gel polish remover and needed it pronto so I came by here to pick some up. The store was very clean and organized and I was able to track down what I was looking for easily. The person at the counter answered my questions and checked me out in a breeze. Before you knew it was at home getting the job done. The remover I got was around $10 and worked really well. I would definitely come back here the next time I need some beauty items.

I checked to see if the straps under the wig were adjusted too tight but they weren't. I tried and came to the conclusion that this wig was for a child. I am a thin 5'9" woman with a normal sized head. I read Rose Beauty's return policy stating that they do not accept returns on wigs. I took the wig back the next day and told the lady at the cash register I understood their return policy of no returns, but the wig was made for a child misrepresented as an adult wig & I will take products in lieu of a cash refund. She called said no, then called someone who said no. It is not right they can sell a product under false circumstances and I cannot get a satisfactory result. They will never get a cent from me and I will spread the word about how I was treated.

I bought the mandatory one dollar wig cap to try on the stores rule of a maximum of three wigs, which is weird because what if I wanted a wig for every day of the week which would equal seven wigs??? I couldn't find anything I wanted so I was making my way to the cash register To pay my dollar and by the time I got to the front of the store the guy had called the cashier on her phone to tell her to block the door in case I try to leave without paying the one dollar. I let her know that I heard him make that call, I paid the one dollar that they so desperately needed and left. I will never return back to that store. They clearly have an issue with melanin people and they had the nerve to be playing Christian music over their intercom. I understand why their store was empty.

I had a big event coming up and I wanted to get my hair professionally done. On their website they say they do blowouts and styling but when I went to book online the only option was a cut and a style. I did not want to cut my hair. Two weeks before my event I called them about 5 times and went in once. I never got a call back and when I went in to book in person no one was at the desk. I waited for 10 minutes. The salon seemed empty. This place was the only option for where I could get my hair done as I did not have time in my day before the event to go somewhere farther.
