When I arrived, I jokingly told Monica, the person who provided the service, that we needed to have a consultation (smiling, but serious) because I didn't want my eyebrows made thin or the tails cut off, because once it's gone, you can't get it back until it grows back and mine grows at a slow pace. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and we had a great conversation while she worked. She also threaded the sides of my face, and everything turned out beautifully. Denise was the first stylist to bring my hair to life so that I no longer wanted to style it with heat or even gel/mousse/hairspray! I could wash and go and it was the beginning of learning to love my hair. She is very gentle with the hair and will do dry cut if you want. She also is great at washing hair and knows how to get under the head and really get your hair clean. She doesn't pressure you to do anything other than what you want for your hair. The owner then says I did not pay enough for the wig and REFUSED to give me the wig I purchased that I had a receipt in my hand for and demanded I pay more money because HER employee was new and tagged the wig wrong. Mind you I frequent this store and have bought at least 5 wigs this year! I spotted the wig I tried to purchase on Saturday the last time I came in to buy a wig and the price tag also said $123 3 weeks ago when I came in. I called the police and was told I would receive a refund. I have the refund receipt but no refund as of yet! This is horrible customer service and I fee violated! I will be pursuing civil charges and disputing the charge with my bank because I was charged $101 for a wig I don't have! I was humiliated in front of other customers and violated!
