Like, have you been here before? This is what we have and how we work. So many ways to get the customers excited about buying fresh and hearing about the farm. On to the produce, it was all beautiful. I really hate I can't eat tomatoes anymore because they were gorgeous. I got the last box full of Jalapeños they are huge, can't wait to fill them with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. They have freezers with beef, pork, chicken, sausages and so much more. You can get there dinner specials. I think prices are good for what you are getting. While we were there my daughter needed the restroom and asked a person in the back room. They said "back" so again you aren't there for customer service. In the parking lot they had a food truck. We were not hungry at the time or we would have tried it.

I can wholeheartedly say that you should spend the extra money at OV Harvest. You're not just getting a top tier, high quality product, you also get an experience. The woman taught us all about the different oil and vinegars. She explained how they were sorted and about the different infusions. Right now because of COVID, the employees pour your samples and bottles for safety. I ended up getting two different oils and a blueberry balsamic that literally tastes like dessert. I mean, shots, anyone? Lol. They've got other local products as well. If you enjoy cooking and the finer things in life, you've got to make this a stop on your list when in town.

Mum and I were in the neighborhood for lunch, so we decided to stop in and were very glad that we did. The owner's sister-in-law was working and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were the only people in, except for one couple who was making their purchase as we arrived (it was a weekday afternoon) so we got all of her attention. Olive Oils are lined up on the right side of the store, beginning with different types of plain oil and then gradually coming to the flavoured oils. The left side of the store is mostly their selections of balsamic vinegar, again from plain to flavoured, and a couple of overflow olive oils that are fruit-flavoured (which pairs very nicely with the slightly floral olive oil). There are tiny cups that you can dram whatever you'd like to try into, and little bread wedges to dip, if that's your preference. The taste of pretty much everything in here is AMAZING. It just blooms in your mouth, and it's SO FRESH. My mom got the basil olive oil in the $10 size (200 ml) and I got the garlic and the herbs de provence in the $10 size as well. I recently got interested in flavored oils, so I already had some ideas of what to use it for, but they also give out lots of recipes to go with your oils at check-out, and they try to match it to what you're actually purchasing so that you can really get some use out of it (however, it's great just drizzled on popcorn, over rice or used to saute pretty much anything). I'll definitely go back here again. And I'll take my bottles back, because they take $1 off your purchase when you reuse their bottles. Yay for being environmentally conscious. :)
