The items inside was time sensitive, he assured me it will take the same amount of time as if I was sending it through the USPS postal service building. Paid the 8.95 fee, sent out on July 3rd. The owner manager Wensly is a liar and a thief he steals mail, he steals money.I have been a customer of his for 4 years .Just recently I asked for him to forward my mail and he kept it.Said he will send me a tracking number and never did, I waited for my mail and called him for three days he would not pick up the phone. I called from different phone number, he picked up.I asked him to close my account and send me my mail with tracking number, instead he hanged up on me.So he is keeping my mail and not sending it to me.I paid him for forwarding and he is keeping it too.and just ignoring me. For no reason whatsoever, just because he feels like he can get away with it.That man is a phony. Never trust that man with your mail.Cause I think he checks it and steals all important mail and just sends the usual mail. Finally got a hold of him on the phone, asked if he would send my mail with tracking number and close my account.He hanged up on me, closed my account, kept my money I paid him , sent me a false closing receipt and did not sent the mail. Showed up at 9:23am (supposed to open at 9am) place was all locked up and not a person there. I had thought I would try to use a local business for my shipping needs but when the business is not open during their posted business hours it's impossible to do so. I will be going back to the UPS Store since I know I can rely they will be open for business at their posted business hours. read more

Needed a place that would not only ship but package my items that I sold on eBay one being international. I knew the ups store wouldn't ship usps and certainly not internationally. I was pleasantly surprised at the personalized service I received for both items AND my amazon return. I was able to ship with a cost savings and have absolute confidence in the packaging. Been in twice now. Both times I felt like I lost a part of my life. First time just to get stamps. That took 30 minutes for the employee behind the counter to explain to the girl she was training how that mundane task worked. The second time usps was down, fed ex forms were gone and a different employee was not sure how to generate a label to ship fed ex. Needless to say it was worth the extra five minutes to drive to fed ex. read more
