He actually arrived a little earlier than promised and immediately started inspecting our rebar work. Soheil probably spent a good 45 minutes observing every single rebar connection on the entire project; I've never witnessed such a meticulous inspection before. In the end, he suggested a couple minor corrections (which we happily made) and gave the city inspector the green light for us to pour. Soheil really came through for us in a tight crunch.
