Don't waste your time taking your vehicles to this company. I took my car in and had a stereo system put in and my windows tinted and I've had nothing but issues with the audio.. the amp keeps draining my battery so I went in and they replaced the fuse and then charged me!! so instead of taking care of their mistakes they charge the customers to keep coming in and having their mistakes temporarily "fixed" I even had to take my car back in and have one of the windows re-tinted because they did such a shoddy job.. DO NOT, under any condition, take any vehicle you care about to these people. They have unprofessional attitudes, over priced/low quality products, non existence customer service and will keep putting their hand in your wallet instead of doing the right thing and fix their own mistakes.. thousands down the drain.. read more

I tried to save a few bucks and decided to take my truck to the flea market to get my door speakers installed (I have plenty of friends that have done the same and they're systems turned out fine and they didn't spend much either). He made me wait over an hour while he went to go look for some spacers that he clearly didn't have. He then told me to go to his shop in Alvin the following day and told me that it was gonna be $395 for the installation. Once I got there, I gave him the speakers and the amp and he said that it was gonna be more since he was installing the amp as well (you obviously need an amp to install door speakers and the price shouldn't have changed since we had a set price the day before). I didn't pay it no mind and had someone pick me up while my truck was getting worked on. It took them the whole day just for his son to call me and tell me that they were gonna finish my truck the next day and then he recommend me to swap out my aluminum wires with copper wires (something that I wanted to do anyway) so I told him yes and then he said that instead of $395, it was gonna be $690 for everything since they were gonna rewire the whole system. I waited all day the next day for them to be done with my truck and after they texted me telling me to pick it up I called the shop to let them know that I was omw. Then I told the guy that his son said that it was gonna be $690, he paused for a bit and then told me that the price that his son gave me and the price that he gave me was separate. Which was something that no one agreed on. I also had them align my off road bumper which they charged me $45 for. I argued for a bit but then decided to take my loss instead of telling them to uninstall everything and risking them damaging my truck in the process. Neither him or his son were at the shop when I went to go and pick my truck up (coincidence??) which was a good thing because idk how I would've reacted seeing them in person after getting done like that. In total I ended up spending $1,310 after taxes and a bs $38 card fee. To add the cherry on top, something told me to inspect what they had done only to find out that they never swapped my aluminum wire and instead ran a totally new power line which is fucking stupid and totally unnecessary!!! At the end of the day, it is what it is. You live and you learn. I should've looked at the reviews before even stepping foot in that shop. read more

Had a amplifier and Bluetooth radio receiver put in my 2007 Honda they wired up sold me a amplifier and wiring kit and Bluetooth receiver amplifier was 130$ and Bluetooth receiver adapter was only 30$ that charged me 780$ total too half ass wire up mount only one screw holding the amplifier only to the carpet speakers just slide around in the trunk no mounting brackets or anything used if you like over paying for shotty work go here and you will be pleased with half ass workmanship and over paying for it read more

Literally will never come here ever again. $200 on tint and every edge was peeling, then another $250 just to have my amp and subs installed and there are wires everywhere, amp, converter and sub box all not screwed to the cab so everything just moves around and gets more tangled.. to be honest would fight the guy if I saw him anywhere but his work. read more

We were the first to arrive, as soon as they opened "at 10am". It took them 4 hours to change a headlight. Didn't keep us updated. Then they gave us the wrong color, which ultimately ended in us having to pay to get the other that didn't have anything wrong changed because the lights didn't match. A waste of time and money. Took my daughters 2015 Camaro to have windows tinted to this shop and they gave me a 3 month guarantee. I had to take it back 3 times because the film on the bottom right corner on the drivers side door kept peeling up. The first time being about 15 min after I left their place as I stopped somewhere and got off and the tint began peeling back. And then they argued with me saying that I had opened the window! And then ignored so I had to ask again what they were going to do. On this type of car, when you open the door the window goes down just a bit. So NO, I did not open the window!! On the 3rd time taking it back, they wanted to charge my daughter. First they told her $20 in front of her brother, then $25 after he walked away--to take the door panel off so they could do the job right this time because they would not. First of all, if the job is guaranteed, why do I need to be charged?!?!?! Second if you know how to do your job right, I would not have to bring it back over and over again. And then to argue with the customer, not very good business practices. Paid the guy his $20 but will never use them again. Not very professional at all..... read more
