I have a brand-new 2026 Toyota Camry XSE, and I wanted to upgrade the factory sound system while keeping the factory radio. After researching my options and comparing prices at several shops, I decided to go with Car Audio Zone, and I'm glad I did! I upgraded my system with four Kicker KS door speakers, two MTX dash speakers, and a Beat-Sonic amplifier. I took my time making this decision because I wanted someone I could trust to work on my new car. What really stood out about Hasan was how easy he was to talk to. He made the experience comfortable, communicated with me, and offered pricing that was hard to beat. The installation price was excellent, and I appreciated being able to discuss the details without feeling pressured. Now for the results: WOW! I had gotten a quote from them to install an amp and build an enclosure for my vehicle. I took it…read morein and they charged me more then the original quote. Then the enclosure they built wasn't what I was wanting. They ended up cuttin plastic panels to make it work and it was too small and wasn't built how I wanted it. The wiring under the seat to amp was a mess. I took it back to them to rewire the amp and all he did was put it in a loom and turned the amp around. When I found out that I couldn't open up the false floor to get to my spare tire I could only lift it up about an inch. So I took it back to them and they used some B.S. excuse that there wasn't enough room and they can tweak the existing box so I could open the false floor up but the installer wasn't there that day. I am not happy with their work. I ended up rebuilding the enclosure myself. So dont trust them to do any kind of custom work for you. I will never go back to them again.

AUTO THUNDER SOUND -- BUYER BEWARE…read more I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. I originally used Auto Thunder about a year ago to install my sound system. I already owned the amp and the box with a 10-inch subwoofer. Recently, I returned because a fuse had gone out. I was told it would only cost $20 to install the replacement fuse. After I paid, I was told by the owner , Shazad, that I supposedly needed a new amplifier because my existing one wasn't working. I trusted what I was being told and agreed to additional work, including tweeters, and paid several hundred dollars. After getting home, I inspected the amplifier myself and noticed something very specific: I had placed a distinctive aftermarket sticker on my original amp years ago. The supposedly "new" amplifier had the exact same sticker. I then took the system to Best Buy for another opinion. I was told that the tweeters appeared to be the original manufacturer-installed equipment, not newly installed tweeters as I had paid for. At that point, I contacted Auto Thunder and requested a refund. They refused. I subsequently filed a dispute with my bank and provided the documentation and evidence I have. My bank is currently handling the dispute. Then, several weeks later, today, I received a call from Auto Thunder regarding the dispute. Given everything that has happened, I found the contact concerning and inappropriate, and I will be documenting it and notifying my bank as part of the ongoing dispute. The owner Shazad is harrassing me on my phone , trying to connect bc I filed a dispute. I'm pretty sure that is against the law, but whatever. I'm not backing down and I'm not going to have them lie to me more than he already has. The oddity of him running this business like he does. I'm posting this because I wish I had known what I know now before spending my money there. Please do your research, ask questions, take pictures of your equipment before leaving it with any shop, and consider getting a second opinion before authorizing additional work. This is my personal experience and my account of what happened, and I encourage everyone to make their own informed decision, read all the 27 plus negative reviews this business has before engaging business with them.

Something as simple as talking to a customer is difficult for her! Upon arrival I was greeted with a rude and unwelcoming tone. I totally understand that people have less than good days so I proceeded to ignore her attitude in attempt to just getting my services taken care of and not allowing her attitude to rub off on me. After they had finished putting everything in it sounded good and then I left, but on the drive home is when I heard all the problems. My front left speaker wasn't playing any sound, the sound wasn't clear, and there was a lose wire somewhere and when I would drive and hit a bump my speakers would go quite or just stop playing all together. I went back and they listened to me and fixed all the problems except for the sound, when I asked about the sound the guy at the front told me it's supposed to sound like that even though he didn't even listen to it. After that I went home to look at the amp and they had it on the wrong channel, after I fixed it they sound good. Then after my right rear speaker starts clipping and cutting of then I went back to tell them the problem and they tell me my speaker is burnt up and that my speakers were just bad. I had these installed and all of these problem with in 2 weeks and they tell me my speakers just burnt up. I don't turn my speakers up loud or have the bass all the way up and they tell me it was my speakers and that they are trash. Like another review I saw on here "great prices but terrible technicians they don't know what they're doing".

As I was walking towards the gated doors he said "please wait"! How in the heck you want me to wait when you treated me horribly. So, when I turned around. He said "yes, what did you want"?!
