This car wash was great. Got the Diamond Shine with the Ceramic power shield. Yes!!!! Do yourself a favor. My sexy black van was shining!!!! Sparkled!!!!! The price was affordable. It was quick. No lines when we went and you don't have to get out of the car. OK...now this is nice. At benny the free vacuum is open so anybody can use it. Here... You have to go through the car wash first and then vacuum is available. This is nice cause not many people at the vacuum and the vacuum actually SUCK...in a good way lol. Oh and they have a small nozzle on one side and a wide nozzle on the other side so you can choose which nozzle to use when you vacuum. Another plus is.. They have AIR at each station. Yes air...air for your tires.... And pressured air to use to blow dust and crap out that you can get in between those cracks!!!! Blow the Crack wide open haha. This is another cherry on top... They have towels for you to use if you need to dry your car or wipe. This is nice. They even gave me a hanging car air freshener but I don't like the scent. Nothing wrong with it. I just don't like fruit or sweet scent. With is was citrus or clean linen scent. But it was sweet of them to give me an air freshener. I took them my RED 2020 Toyota Corolla today, and upon them completing it, found bugs still all over the hood and still dirt on the sides. The guy that completed it wiped it down really fast, the entire job was remarkable quick and I see why. The guy moved it quickly out from under the wipe down area and parked it out front! I assume so I wouldn't tell him how CRAPPY OF A JOB that they did. Mind You, Toyota Corolla, not much bigger than a bicycle and it was too difficult to get cleaned????? Well I left and thought about it and went back! I told the Young Lady behind the counter that I did not want a redo, or money back, I just water to express how unsatisfied I was and even told her that this was not the first time that I was not happy. I told her that I discounted the last SORRY JOB was from me taking a 1200 mile trip into Texas in my truck and was super dirty with lots of BUGS! This was not the case today. I also told her that If I didn't tell them that I was unhappy and how bad of a job that was done and if continued to all customers, will not be long till they are out of business. I guess what really surprised me, the young lady behind the counter acknowledged me with a simple "OK", never even attempted to say come back later and we will make it right or anything! Almost like this is not the first time she has heard this! I am tempted to not wash the bugs off and clean the mud off the sides and take back tomorrow just for a Strike Three! The inspection sticker process is the easiest and fastest I've been to (because what place is actually going to have an ideal wait time for this). The line can get long, but if you catch it at the right time, you'll have 1-2 cars in front of you max and wait maybe 10-15 minutes. If there are more than 4-5 cars in line, just come back later - it fluctuates! The actual inspection sticker process is quick and easy. You can pay cash or card and wait inside where there is a bathroom, or outside on the benches if it's a nice day - the attendant will come get you when the inspection is done (about 10 minutes). Easy and over! As for the car wash, I usually just go for the basic and use the complimentary self vacuum stations in the back. There is always a spot open, I've never had to wait for those! The vacuums are strong and can get out dog hair from your car, which is big for me. Definitely go to this Benny's if it's close!

Even with vehicles constantly coming in and out, it spoke volumes about the excellent service at this location. The wait time was very short and efficient. Mr. Jake was also very polite and professional. He greeted me with a smile and suggested the oil and fuel cleaner service. He patiently answered every question I had and made sure I understood the benefits before I agreed to the service. Mr. Cade and Mr. Junior,changed my oil and oil, A.C.,Fuel filters, and they both worked with professionalism and care. Although each employee had different responsibilities, together they made me feel confident in their abilities and comfortable with the service my vehicle received.. It's refreshing to see four young men working together with such respect, professionalism, and positive attitudes. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to.

In particular, they do a terrific job at bug removal. Then I went here recently and the brushes left my vehicle with some scratches... on the hood, and one or two other places on the body... To me, that is unacceptable.. If you have a P.O.S. beater that you don't care about this place will suit your purposes... If you have a nice whip, and are a stickler to attention to detail and really care about your whip than No!, I would not recommend it.. Best 1-star rating I can give.
