This is the best 1-star rating I can give…read more.. I went here 2wice, with no problems at all... and I thought everyone was real friendly and money well spent etc... In particular, they do a terrific job at bug removal. Then I went here recently and the brushes left my vehicle with some scratches... on the hood, and one or two other places on the body... To me, that is unacceptable.. If you have a P.O.S. beater that you don't care about this place will suit your purposes... If you have a nice whip, and are a stickler to attention to detail and really care about your whip than No!, I would not recommend it.. Best 1-star rating I can give.

After moving here in 2005, I always wondered why there were so many car washes? Then came the dirt…read moreroads, masses of bugs and of course just the day to day driving through rural America. This is the local self serve place, which accommodates the "wash it your-selfer" or the drive through varietal. In my younger days, the DIY version always proved to be the cheapest, but I guessed I've slowed down or maybe more accurately, have become more lazy. Nowadays, I opt for the drive through. Three choices, I choose the middle one, it doesn't always get the bugs off the windshield, but I realize the reality of that.... This place is usually pretty busy an i try to hit it up when there is only one car ahead of me. I've never had any trouble with the equipment, the vending machines or change machines. As with most DIY places, the vacuums are powerful (75 cents) and the main reason I use this place. Try to avoid the weekends when every Harry McCajun is there to hose mud from ATVs or his boat, it gets pretty muddy and best to just keep driving by......

However, one time the person in front of me pressed on their brakes and the person behind me hit me and I hit the person in front of me. And we immediately drove around to find out if there was damage. There was some damage but Autospa refused to do anything about it. They blamed it on each of us saying we all pressed our brakes. There are cameras inside of the building so I asked to see the footage but they would not show it to me or even go review it themselves. So I still use the service but I don't trust the company necessarily.

My experience with the first two was too long ago to remember if it was good or bad. So let's focus on this experience. I was interested in a 2015 CRV. Test drove it an hour before closing, really liked it, now to see what I can get for it. Long story short, I got a good deal, they took my crappy car off my hands and I drove home feeling safe in my new car. Problems ....um let's call them irritants... 1. Get rid of that girl who answers the phone. She's a miserable person on the inside. Just call, you'll see what I mean. 2. No car wash even though Jason told Harry to schedule the appointment. It was late and everyone was ready to leave... WTH, I can wash my own new car, right? 3. I had to get my own inspection sticker. Why? Because it was late and everyone in the service department went home. Was told a check for $10 would be mailed but it's been nearly 3 weeks. Ah well it's done. And I threw in an extra $10 and got the 2 year sticker. The sticker was an inconvenience that I would have liked to avoid but my usual guy who I always go to boosted my confidence in my decision by saying, "Look at this, a brand new Honda. When you suppose you'll ever break this in?" 10yrs Mr Chauvin. 10 years.

So the next day i called and told them I wanted to return it and get a gas CRV and was told no i couldnt , then she said let me talk to the manager and i will call you back . When she called back she told me we can take it back but all we can give you back of your equity is 2500.00 dollars down from 12500.00 ,so i went back and got the CRV and they stole 10.000 from me , so it you do go there to buy a car, be carefull cause they will screw you if they get the chance. PS the Hybrid that i bought already had 5000 miles on it , and i might have put a hundred miles going from there to my house and back . Im done with them
