And there he was, in the flesh. The Great Magdonal. I clarified my needs, he gave me his price, and business was done. Key was copied. And an invitation to return was extended to me. And I accepted. Every time I have visited MAGDONAL's lock and key, the Great Magdonal hasnt been present. Today I visited for some quick house keys copied, and again--no Magdonal. I vented my frustration to one of MAGDONAL's highly trained ninja Jedi assistant sensei locksmiths, and he explained that Magdonal trained all staff rigorously, so that in his absence all customers would be in good hands. He also clarified that Magdonal had his staff in place so that Magdonal could spread the lock and key gospel to the people of the world. What is a lock, with no key? What is a key with no lock? The lock/key yin/yang sermon. Without one, the other is useless. I realized I was being selfish and did not want to impede on Magdonal's mission. Staff was great. Quick, competent, and pleasant. Boom boom boom. Keys copied and color coded on a Saturday. And they clarified that Magdonal works in the mornings, which made sense because I don't think I'd visit in the mornings. He was in and out in about fifteen minutes. He went above and beyond by helping us identify all the other keys the previous homeowners left us. We had a small mix up, where we did not identify all the locks that needed to be rekeyed, so we called Rafi to let him know. He came back the same day and was so extremely kind about it.
