I vented my frustration to one of MAGDONAL's highly trained ninja Jedi assistant sensei locksmiths, and he explained that Magdonal trained all staff rigorously, so that in his absence all customers would be in good hands. He also clarified that Magdonal had his staff in place so that Magdonal could spread the lock and key gospel to the people of the world. What is a lock, with no key? What is a key with no lock? The lock/key yin/yang sermon. Without one, the other is useless. I realized I was being selfish and did not want to impede on Magdonal's mission. Staff was great. Quick, competent, and pleasant.
