And I bought and installed a used dish washer for her. I just needed a drain line and hot water connection installed under the sink. I asked Matt if he could just give me a ball park figure for the job. I sent him pictures of the existing plumbing and he quoted me between $400 and $600. I thought it was a little high. But I was willing to pay it just to get her a washer. I did however, text Matt and asked if there was anyway he could keep as close to $400 as possible. He texted back and said "if your under some budget restraints, maybe you should call another plumber". Well, at the time I couldn't find another plumber to do work in union. So i told him it wasnt a matter of money. I has plenty of funds. It was just a request to do whatever he could to maybe cut a corner here or there to maybe save a couple of buck. So what does he do yesterday when he was SCHEDULED to do the work? Doesnt show! Doesnt call! Doesnt return my texts or my calls asking if he got hung up some where and when he might show up. Thats just B.S. and if I wher anyone reading this review id steer clear of this clown. P.S. I did find another local plumber that was out today and quoted $300 for the same work.

Excuses each time pointing to bad to be management and disorganization. On the 4th day (today) , was told someone came out the prior evening but no one was home. I was home all day/evening and was awaiting the pre-call that I was told repeatedly that I'd receive, so I wasn't sitting by my door waiting for someone to knock. When I explained I got no call, they read back the phone number they had, which I had repeated every time I called, and the last 4 digits were swapped. The rep just said, "Oops, that's the problem then." Yeah, no one read call my number to confirm and recommended they start doing that after the rep gave another excuse of "receiving so many calls to their office." When I asked to get priorized today as my young child would be coming over for the weekend today and was told they could "try, but..." and when I explained this has become ridiculous they defaulted back to saying "no one was home last time we tried" and I referred back to THEIR expectations set that they would call when ON THEIR WAY, then why still show up when no one answered because they called the wrong number? The rep got incredibly irate and aggressive and I asked if I should call another company since they can't seem to keep up/adhere to expectations, to which she yelled "yes, I think you should" be hung up. I know this is the hot season and it's busy, so give proper expectations, confirm you have correct contact information, keep your customers updated and for God's sake, take accountability and hold your temper...
