I needed a plumber to repair /replace my spigot (which I unsuccessfully tried to fix)…read more Not having a "go to" plumber, I went onto Google to search for people. Tactical plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and that is always a good sign! I called and Aaron picked up, he was friendly, communicative and professional. He told me he could come out the next day to fix my issue. Gave me a verbal estimate, which he held to at the end of the small project. Aaron arrived in the window of time which he said he would. He even had to leave to go get the correct part number, but was only gone for minutes. All in all, he was quick and seemed to perform quality work. The paperwork said his work had a 30 day warranty, which is reassuring. I also asked him a barrage of questions about the spigots and also some other things having to do with valves on my faucets (for some potential future work)....He was very transparent with me and took a few minutes to share with me a ton of useful information which I found very helpful. I am big on customer service, the little nuances are what does it for me, this company has employees that look you in the eye when they speak, they give you a firm handshake at the beginning and end of the job, and they follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Would recommend Tactical to anyone needing a plumber.

And at her age tends to two adult children in their mid 30's that have mental health issues. So I bought her a new fridge because hers was only maintaining temps in the low 40's. And I bought and installed a used dish washer for her. I just needed a drain line and hot water connection installed under the sink. I asked Matt if he could just give me a ball park figure for the job. I sent him pictures of the existing plumbing and he quoted me between $400 and $600. I thought it was a little high. But I was willing to pay it just to get her a washer. I did however, text Matt and asked if there was anyway he could keep as close to $400 as possible. He texted back and said "if your under some budget restraints, maybe you should call another plumber". Well, at the time I couldn't find another plumber to do work in union. So i told him it wasnt a matter of money. I has plenty of funds. It was just a request to do whatever he could to maybe cut a corner here or there to maybe save a couple of buck. So what does he do yesterday when he was SCHEDULED to do the work? Doesnt show! Doesnt call! Doesnt return my texts or my calls asking if he got hung up some where and when he might show up. Thats just B.S. and if I wher anyone reading this review id steer clear of this clown. P.S. I did find another local plumber that was out today and quoted $300 for the same work.

Having hired A & T Plumbing in the past with excellent results, i called them first. They had a plumber onsite shortly who not only fixed the problem, but was able to suggest some small changes needed to bring things up to code. Everybody I spoke with worked very hard to treat customers in a cordial and professional way, and, they did everything they said they would do in a timely manner and for reasonable price. So, all in all, it seems clear that these people take customer service seriously, and that showed throughout the whole experience, from our initial call through the end of the repair. I recommend A & T Plumbng Inc & Son unhesitatingly!

Dad's a tough customer since he used to do all that stuff himself. They were great - patient, professional, efficient and got it all done quite quickly. Dad's also hates to pay for stuff he used to do himself, but the cost was reasonable - even to dad. Planning on having them back soon to fix other stuff that dad has put off.

Recommended calling Roto Rooter. Called Roto Rooter later that day and set up an appt the next day. They were 2 hours late. They wanted to charge me a flat fee of $340. This seemed very high. I said no thanks. Found Alfi with Google and got Mike the owner on the phone right away. He was able to change around his schedule to meet me back at my house within 30 mins. He arrived early. Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 1 hour. I even had him fix a slow flushing upstairs toilet. The total cost was close to half of what Roto Rooter wanted to charge. I will continue to use Alfi in the future.

Plumber did not inspect the pipes, use a snake camera, or take anything apart on either visit. Visit #1: Showed the plumber the source of the dripping by turning the shower water on.
