FYI , I asked for SQUARE SHAPED BLACK FRENCH TIP. I went in for a walk in appointment around 5:30PM on Saturday. I was happy they still let me in because I knew it was around closing time. I would be totally okay if they refuse their service to me, but they did not. While the tech was doing my nail, I could feel that she was in a hurry. Got my nail shape wrong for the first time, not filing my nails right, scrapped my skin... I asked her a few times to correct me nail shape because it was not looking right. By the time, she was applying color, I knew she did not give a s*** about how my nails look. She didn't use a detailing brush to draw the edge for my French tips, instead she used the brush from the polish to line the tips. You can see how they look from the pictures. Keep in mind, this is how my French tips turned out after I asked her fix them. This whole experience is UPSETTING. It's sad to see how they care so little about their returning customers and just trying to make some quick money. To think that this kind of quality is presentable is not okay.
