Pure & Simple has been my go to spa for facials for nearly 20 years. And when they opened the Oakville/Mississauga location, I was thrilled because it's a 10 minute drive from where my parents live. I make a point of booking a facial every time I'm here, and I'm a complete fan of their products - cleansing milk, serums, and moisturizers. I came here last year when they first opened & got the Urban Renewal facial. It was amazing! I decided to treat myself this week to one of their specials (Glow Facial), and it was just as good. I love how they include mini massages while you have a mask on. I had Dea working on me and she was so friendly and informative. I would highly recommend booking with her! I wish they had more deals or cheaper options, as a facial runs high at $100+. Worth it for a splurge, but I wouldn't be able to keep up with these regularly for the price. read more

Nice spa rooms and ambiance that makes the facial experience very relaxing. The facial itself was just alright, and even though they advertise that the do extractions don't be expecting much (mine took less than 5 minutes and I need it!). The face massage was nice. Overall experience was relaxing but didn't make any difference in my skin at all other than making me red. If you're looking to get a relaxing massage this might be for you but if you want a facial that give you results looks elsewhere read more

So heard about this spa franchise a lot from social media and decided to try out the one closest to me, which was the Oakville location. Booked a pumpkin peel facial which was on a specula for the month of October. As soon as got there, was greeted by the front desk and offered water. Had to fill in the intake form. What was really cool is that they actually had a white board and marker for this. So basically the form was on a white board. Very cool and great initiative to save paper! Dea was my esthetician and she came out to greet me right away. Took me into the room and let me get settled. The room was nice and cozy, dark and very relaxing! Dea explained that she was putting on a cleanser and after cleaning did a quick skin analysis. We talked about my concerns, my goals and what her recommendations were. Then she got started on the facial. It was very relaxing. She was patient, gentle and through. Went through my extractions patiently and as painlessly as possible. The scalp and shoulder massage was phenomenal. After, she offered me a sample of the moisturizer she recommend for my dry skin. There is a huge variety of skin care products and most of them are clean and natural. They have a great recycling program where you can bring in your old bottles for a discount on your next purchase. My first visit to Pure and Simple Spa - OM (Oakville/Mississauga) was a great experience. Right from the get go the staff was pleasant, and welcoming. First impressions of the front of the house was clean, open and organized. The treatment room was kept at a very comfortable temperature and the bed/table was comfortable along with the nice puffy duvet type cover. Originally I booked a deep cleansing facial but after a quick consult we switched to a Super Hydrating Facial. My facial was luxurious and felt fantastic. I wanted to try out a different cleanser than what is usually used, they willingly accommodated, great, because I ended up buying it. I highly recommend Pure and Simple - OM, as well as my esthetician Dea. She was wonderful and her massage was on point. I look forward to visiting again, as I can truly say I've never had a better facial anywhere else. read more

During this horrible cold snap sitting at home reading paper I found an advertisement for Pure+ Simple .I forced myself out for some much needed treatment for my skin .Well I couldn't believe my luck . I was warmly greeted , given hot tea and presented with a list of options that made my head spin.I took it all . However the piece de resistance was my Balenese esthetician named FIKA ! I was in heaven for 1.30 minutes .My face and body were in a wonderland . She gave me the best facial I have ever had .Don't let her tiny stature fool you ,as she is a power house of pleasure .Het hands felt twice their size .She did not leave anything out .I opted for the Add-Ons, Legs and arms massaged. I made the right choice. Would like to mention for the month of January all Add- Ons are half price !!!! Ladies , I have been fortunate to have had some facials in exotic locals , but this One was the Best to date . The location is tricky , hidden in a tiny strip mall but the staff were friendly , helpful and accomadating . I've been to Pure+Simple twice now. I can honestly say that I've never had such an exceptional experience and enjoyed the best facial of my life. I was warmly greeted both times, offered a tea and was pampered both in the treatment, service and knowledge that both Dea and Alexandra shared. They both took the time, with me and my son, to explain the skin analysis, review different options and to educate us about services and products. No one was pushy in the way some places are about products to purchase but we picked up the whole gambit we sought out. It's the staff that make the experience and this team doesn't disappoint.
