Chocolate is sold by the weight either in bags, or boxes. Since I was purchasing chocolate for only myself on this visit, I chose the bag option. 12 pieces & a variety of chocolate later, my purchase total came to $11.99. Not bad when you consider that the ladies place two free samples inside of the bag as a thank you. Yhe chocolates taste about as fresh as the day it was made, with a deliciousness that I can describe as rich, creamy, and slightly potent with the flavoring. See's Candies is still phenomenal! The shell doesn't have the characteristic slight crispy, which is understandable since these are not fresh from the store. The inside is a very creamy filling that squished out on the sides as I bite down. Everyone has their own texture preferences. I personally like it less creamy. I normally buy their ice cream macarons, but these are still very good. The individual boxes make them great for small gifts.
