They are family owned and they only add chocolate, sugar, and oat milk to make their bars. She has been in the chocolate industry since 2005 and her business is locally based even if focusing in Peruvian cocoa to craft her different offerings. You also had to pay for the gelato before getting a sample or what you want, which is different from the norm and confusing. The workers repeated this to several people. Overall, would not return and don't recommend.
