The store owner was very helpful and accommodating. The purchase I made was excellent and very good quality. I was referred to the store by my hairdresser and she was not wrong. read more

So I went into LYS on August 22nd inquiring about a skirt. I showed the owner a picture of the skirt from her Instagram and she informed me that the skirt she had in store was the same skirt. She asked if I wanted to try the skirt on I declined being as though she told me the skirt was one size fits all. When I actually got home to try the whole outfit on together I noticed that the skirt was indeed not the same skirt advertised on her Instagram page. So I went back to the store to inform her that I was not satisfied her response was " it's the same skirt as hers during the photo shoot the material was too heavy and it ripped so instead of her restocking the two diamond she restocked the one diamond" which is not advertised on her page. I asked what was the refund policy because I didn't see one on the receipt. She then point to the policy stating that all sales are final no refunds or exchanges. The skirt was priced at $160. The first picture is the skirt I inquired about the second picture is the skirt she is displaying in her boutique. Please don't shop here! read more

Yo... this young lady has the BEST customer service ever. She is so personable -- calling when things go wrong on whosever's end, making sure everything is ironed out and the customer is happy -- at this point I order from here every few weeks! read more

Do not order from this store. I ordered the blue "fur" coat in the picture. What I received was totally different. It is cropped at the waist and the arms giving the appearance of being too small. I contacted the store, sent them photos within 48 hours and was told that they would not give me refund. The fur is not even real. I am out of almost 400 for a faux fur clown coat. I wish I could save others from being scammed! read more

I purchased many of items from this store Before covid. I like to go in store to purchase the items because online sales are a hit or miss. Never know what you'll get material wise. My sister went in store and purchased me a jacket for $92 I needed to exchange but they say you can't exchange if you Purchase in store. That's a waste of my $92, I can't even fit the jacket. I should have just went straight to the source and purchased 3 for $128 (s,m,l) this is what happens when you try to support your kind. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't fit. It is what it is. This is their return policy and they every right to have their own return policy. I will just never purchase anything from here again. It's really not about the money it's about customer service. This is why I purchase from the department stores. you can return/exchange/ get your money back if you are not satisfied. Alls I wanted was another size. I can understand the no refund policy but I can't even exchange lol. I was referred to the online return policy when I asked about the exchange. online return policy only explains online purchases but ok read more

Outfit was defective and the owner was not willing to exchange or offer nothing more than a 15% discount. I was supposed to notify them within 48 hours if I needed to exchange. We're in a pandemic and I didn't know I needed to wear my clothes within 48 hours of receiving it to get quality service. I will definitely not be ordering from them again and suggest you don't either! read more

I ordered a pair of mesh neon green and black tights. Product was nice and looked exactly like the picture. I needed to exchange the size although it does state final sale the same day the merchandise was delivered I contacted the store to inquire about exchanging the size and the owner stated the only way I can do that is if I bought another pair. I was not trying to return the merchandise I just wanted to exchange the size so now I'm stuck with a pair of tights that cost $38 but with shipping $50 smh this was very poor customer service and I will never order from here again very poor service. $50 down the drain horrible and I will be letting Individuals know my experience!!!!! read more

Let express how disappointed I was,1st I call to see if thet had the item because I live a distant she said she had a 3 & 5 when I get there they only had a 7 I want them so I went to try them on & to my surprise they were used they had a dry cleaners ticket on them. Let me start of by saying this store's customer service is the worse but what should I have expected being on 52nd street. My husband bought me an outfit for a gift which wasn't my cup of tea and I also couldn't fit it so I went to the store to return the items not knowing there was a return policy because that information wasn't given to my husband when he bought the items nor was there any information (return/exchange policy, phone number, etc.) on the receipt. The owner was who I encountered when I came to the store and she was very unprofessional during our whole interaction. She stated why I didn't call, when there's no phone number listed to call then points to this home made typed up policy stating there's no refunds or exchanges and she says EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE. At the end of the day she got over on my husband because she definitely should've stated to him what the store's policies are before making a sale but obviously taking the money from him was more important. This establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star. AGAIN DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more
