They had to figure out how to take down a tree that was over a propane tank and did it very carefully as they worked together to get the tree cut. The other tree was about 75 ft tall and we wanted it to fall in a certain place as not to fall on the street or driveway, they were careful and got it done perfectly. His crew came two weeks later and did an awesome job on our entire yard. The crew manager listened carefully to all our concerns and took notes, explained everything they would do for us. They worked hard and slow, but a good kind of slow, taking care not to damage other plants that weren't being pruned. They cleaned up everything they cut and left our yard looking well groomed again, just the way we like it. He responded and said he would just let him know when we got back. On 6/13, I sent him a follow-up text stating when we would be available and asked him if he could fit us into his schedule... He never responded back so on 6/30 I re-texted him. He responded by saying, "I guess I missed your text.." unfortunately, by the time he responded, we had gone out of town again and I asked him if we could schedule another appointment when we returned? When we got back on 7/28, I texted him again and asked him if he was available in the afternoon on 8/5... He said he could be available at 10:00 AM. I said that I would change my schedule to make sure I could meet him. Well, August 5 came and went and Ryan never showed up. He did not call or text to give me any updates at all. During that day, I texted him twice and left him two voicemail messages... He finally returned my text at 9:12 PM and said his cat got bit by a rattlesnake... He said called some of his clients, but did not get to them all. I was definitely frustrated and a little upset because weeks earlier he didn't return my text, but I gave him a second chance... This second chance he didn't even notify me at all about him canceling and I had told him I was rearranging my schedule to meet him. I'm sure he has a good company, but my experience was not good at all. I hope I am the exception, and not the rule, on how we treats potential new customers.

There was a very bad storm last night and still going on today with HIGH winds so a lot of trees and fences were down in the area plus power outages. Karl & his amazing crew were able to have this tree cleared off my property same day and for a very reasonable cost too!
