I'd like to take some time to amend my previous review. It's a rare thing for a business to step up, own, and make right a not so great first impression. For this, thank you all green tree service. Impressive! My wife was working with Cassidy and Joe I believe who were both very professional people. Looking forward to getting tree work done from you guys and I will definitely recommend you in the future for taking care of this. Update: Tree work is complete and everything looks great! The team was very professional and hard working, I really appreciated that. Thanks all green! read more

Fast affordable and worth the money, got a quote and the next day trees were gone and brush removed. Thanks for the great service!!!! read more

A company is only as good as their employees. What an amazing team! David, Wilson, Trevor and the lady whom I didn't catch her name, was thorough in their work. Reasonable prices. What impressed me the most was their friendliness and thorough pick up of the debris AFTER bringing down the tree. Amazing people. Thank you so much. read more

I cannot recommend this company because they used pressure tactics with neighbors, then us. They could not take a hint. They would mention that their men need work, which is not quite the case. The arborist they claim to have cannot talk to people. The arborist should speak to you, but he cannot take " no" as an answer. read more

All Green Tree Service is AMAZING! Our neighbor referred us to them and boy are we grateful they did! We had this huge mulberry tree in our front yard that was hanging very low into the street, our driveway, and into our neighbors yard and our roof! So getting our tree trimmed and pollarded was definitely long over due! They showed up and did our neighbors tree first and I knew right away from watching the teamwork and how they strategically cut and cleaned up this company was legit. Shoutout to the team.. I think I got everyone's name if I forgot one I'm sorry! But this team ROCKED and deserves a major shoutout... David, Daniel, Eric, Justin, Danny, and Wilson!! The way you guys worked together and got the job done so quickly and efficiently even when one of your pole saws went down was so amazing to watch. It's no wonder this company is rated so highly! All Green Tree Service knows what they are doing and provide excellent service. The icing on the cake for me was also how well and quickly they cleaned up everything. If you are looking for a tree service look no further! Also, shoutout to Cassidy in the office for being so responsive and helpful! read more

A total pleasure. They took 2 trees and stumps out. On time, courteous proficient crew. Left our yard spotless.

Disappointed I called these people. I wasted at least an hour with the owner, while he asked a series of personal questions, during our meeting. "How old are you? How long have you been retired? What was your job? Oh, you have one of those big state retirements?" Wrong, buddy. Finally, he told me there is a $900.00 minimum for each job. This is something I should have been informed when I initially phoned. Life is too short to waste on games like this. read more

I had contacted All Green Tree Service on a Sunday. They were very responsive, really well priced and they were at my house completing the job Monday afternoon! Trenton and David completed the job quickly and we're very professional. We will be contacting for all future tree services! read more

If you are looking for a Professional family owned Tree Service company I highly recommend All Green Tree Service. I had this huge Mullberry tree in the front of my house and I knew that I needed to have someone to come out and trim the tree because.I noticed that the leaves were starting to hangover my garage, and over the sidewalks, so I asked the previous owners who they used to take care of the tree and she gave me the information. I called I spoke with the owner and she had an appointment available the next day. A very nice guy came out gave me a free quote which I was very happy with. So i called the owner back and we set the date/ time. The workers arrived on time. They worked like little elves taking are of business. Very professional, I am very happy. They were all professional and knowledgeable about my tree. And they also They asked me what i was looking for as far as the finishing look. My main concern was protecting the roof on my garage. When they were finished i was so happy !! and surprised that it took less than 3 hrs because that tree was huge. Not to mention they cleaned up everything Before they left I highly recommend this company. You will NOT be disappointed . I have attached before and after photos read more

Great Service , outstanding Company ! . This company came out late in the day to rescue my cat from at tree . The poor cat had not chance to come down as his leash had wrapped around the tree . Why the cat had a leash is a whole other story . I`m blessed to have called this company . Thank you and Merry Christmas . Robert Forsythe New Castle read more

I received an obscene and insulting estimate from this company yesterday. $8500 to trim seven (7) trees. One tree did need extensive work and trimming ($2,000 quoted), however the other six trees each only needed 3-5 dead or overhanging branches trimmed. Each of those were quoted at $1,000 to $2000 each, with every tree in $500 increments. I'm a single retired female and resent a company attempting to take advantage and assuming I don't know better! Last year I had a huge hazardous oak tree, at least three times the size of the one now needing more extensive work, completely removed and chipped in the middle of the night, during a storm, for $2500. Don't waste your time. read more

They were prompt, efficient and professional from our first conversation with Cassidy in the office, Adrian for the quote and the wonderful crew who trimmed back our VERY overgrown hackberry tree and they cleaned up all the branches and leaves and put the wood chips on my side yard at my request. The tree looks beautiful now and we are very pleased !!! read more

These guys are horrible. They cut a huge oak tree down in my yard and left a giant mess. They tossed all the giant rounds of wood up against an old fence of mine and now it's leaning. Completely rutted up my yard to the point of not being able to drive in and out. Greg told me he'd come back and smooth the ruts. He instead dumped another mess of wood chips next to the other mess and said he couldn't get his truck in to spread them and suggested my boyfriend do it. Then said numerous times he would bring dry split wood and never came. I saw him at the store and he promised again he would bring the wood. 3 weeks later, no call, no show. Completely unprofessional. read more

I was using my pole saw in an attempt to take off a large branch that was way beyond my reach. Since I am so adept at this, I was able to let my blade get pinched by the branch and I was struggling to free it. Well, Joe and his crew just happened to be finishing up a job down the street so I went down and asked for some help. David got up on the fence and they were able to free my saw and remove the branch. They were not pushed for time on their next appointment so we agreed on a price and they trimmed a few other trees, as well. I spoke with each person on the crew and they were all very knowledgeable and well trained. They provided excellent consultation and they did all that we asked. David, in particular, has some made skills at climbing. After climbing up and standing on the top of my fence to remove my pole saw, I watched him climb a large tree in my yard like most people walk up stairs. He had to be 20 feet up in the air. They were reasonably priced and personable and they did a good job cleaning up. We plan to use them again in the future. read more

This is my second review because this is the 2nd time I've used All Green Trees. Another terrific day. For my 7 hour day rate, they trimmed 7 huge trees, and took down three trees. They raked, then swept, then blew the area clean. They did a terrific job. They can really hassle. Could not be happier to recommend this company. I'm including some before and after pictures to show you. read more

The crew arrived promptly to the scheduled appointment time. The crew was professional and verified what work was supposed to be done before starting. They were conscientious of where the sprinklers were while working in the yard and were careful to not damage our (newly installed) fence. They did good work and worked quickly. Every member of the family team was superb. On time, reasonably priced, job done with care and thorough clean up- what more could I want? They removed two scrub oaks, trimmed a very large valley oak, shaped an overgrown willow tree and trimmed a large camphor tree for us. Afterward they cut the oak into lengths suitable for use in the fireplace. I highly recommend this family owned business. read more

We live in the Auburn area of Placer County and we decided to hire this tree service company to do some major tree work on our property. From Cassidy in the office to Joe and his field crew, they were responsive, professional and performed better than expected. I had the pleasure to personally talk to Joe, Eric and David in between removing limbs and trees and was greeted from the rest of the crew with smiles and waves. What a great bunch of guys loving what they do! After recently moving to the area and having a couple large oak trees come down in a storm we knew we had to do something about the large amount of sickly looking oak trees surrounding our new home. A friend recommended All Green Tree and we feel so lucky to have found such an honest, reliable and professional company. We initially had a couple tree companies come out to look at the trees we needed removed, but All Green Tree stood out to us. Cassidy answered my initial call on a Sunday making sure I didn't have an emergency tree situation (I was expecting to leave a message) and called me back to set up an estimate first thing Monday morning just like she said she would. Joe came out for the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and took his time assessing each individual tree around our home and driveway and explained his thoughts and recommendations in detail. We felt like he was extremely honest and even talked us out of removing several trees and provided us recommendations that allowed us to save the trees while making them safe. We scheduled the work to be done after receiving the estimate and couldn't be happier with the communication and work we received. They were even able to get our job done a little earlier than expected which was very much appreciated since we were concerned about more trees coming down in the wind. Our job took about a week to complete so we feel like we really got to know the guys. They always showed up when they said they would and even worked numerous days in the rain. The entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have working at our home. They even did a stellar job cleaning up. You would never even know we removed 20+ trees! We wholeheartedly recommend them and will use them for all our future tree needs! read more

Exceptional service!!!! We can't say enough great comments- Joe and his team were excellent, kind, hardworking, knowledgeable and positive.

I needed some trees pruned back and the dead limbs removed. One tree was also doing poorly. All Green trimmers listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job of cleaning up all the trees that needed work. They were quick and efficient, as well as considerate and friendly. I highly recommend this business and will always use them in the future. read more

I interacted with Adrian (co-owner), Joe (co-owner), Eric (foreman I think), and Cassidy (front desk). In the first step of contacting them after I got a flier in the mail, it was easy to get ahold of them and set up a time, no hassle. Cassidy was very charming and endearing to speak with. Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric). Joe and Eric came to actually carry out the work for the project and they were both pleasant to speak with as well. They were also easy-going, helpful, and organized with their work force. I could see they all worked hard to get the job done (and there was a lot to do). I wasn't able to engage with Joe as much, but when I spoke with Eric, he was informative, patient, and thorough in his occupational execution as well. Did a good job cleaning up too! I greatly appreciate their service, and here's another thing on my check list I can mark off and be relieved about! read more

Thank you to the whole All Green Tree Services team. All Green clearly deserves 5 stars for their tree service. The staff arrives on time, does a wonderful job, and cleans up completely after the job. In fact, the yard was cleaner after they left than before. The staff was friendly and easy to talk with making whatever adjustments, I, as the home owner wanted. I will call AllGreen first for tree service in the Sacramento region. read more

We had 2, very tall, almost-30 year old Bradford Pears that were starting to drop branches on a regular basis. Both had been planted very close to our house so overhung the roof and even mixed with other trees. While they gave us a lot of shade, they had to come down. We called All Green and they came over same day to give us a bid. Family operation, very reasonable, and very nice to deal with-- no pushy sale. We had a call back that afternoon with a date. They came right on time and did an excellent job, exceeding our expectations and even the contract. Very polite and hard-working crew. We give them our highest recommendation, and without any hesitation will definitely be using them again for our other trees. read more

This company is Amazing! From thier scheduler, she is super nice and very mindful of busy families and will adjust to meet the customers schedule! To the workers/owners, a family owned business, and super professional!! The pricing for two tree removals was very reasonable! There's a BIG difference between people who simply work next to each other and those who have learned to function as one high performance TEAM. These guys ROCK! They showed up ahead of time and went to work right away. EVERYONE pitched in and worked hard. There's no "Quit" in these guys (and there were no "spectators" in the group either!) I spent 24 years in the USAF and I can say with certainty that the crew who cut down that 80 Foot Monster tree in my front yard and ground the stump to zero definitely knew what they were doing, willingly did their jobs and clearly brought their "A Game" to the massive task at hand. In a word, "Impressive!" I will DEFINITELY hire them again. Michael S. Yuba City read more

We needed some trees removed from around our house and were very pleased with the swift and professional work completed.

Posting This On Behalf Of My PaPa... "In January of this year, I acquired a parcel of vacant land, via, a will, located in Marysville, CA. In May I received a notice regarding weed abatement policy from city that required compliance. Parcel of land was over-run by bushes, huge old oak tree, approximately 80 feet in height, overhanging over neighbors' property, partially rooted at the root base, over grown Cacti, trees, bushes fallen branches and scattered debris and entry to lot, via an alleyway. I obtained bids from 3 companies, Accepted "All Green Tree Service" Family owned business. Adreian, owner was professional, friendly and trustworthy, this gentleman has certainly been around the block a few time. He spent a good part of an hour or so, analyzed the situation went back for second look, and submitted quote. Of the other 2 companies, one, spent approximate 20 minutes, viewing project, submitted a verbal quote, estimated a 5 day period to complete project, left asking to call him and he'd work with me in regards to other quotes. The third Company, I felt was out of range with a 3 day completion. Joe, Adreian son, and crew of 5 performed the cleanup. Job was very systematically done. They too were professional, friendly, and to my surprise, job was completed in one day, starting at 9:00am and out by about 6:30 pm. They went above and beyond the scope of work and left the area immaculate. Thank you, Adrian, Joe a very special thanks to Cassidy, for her follow up, as to what days would be best that would fit my schedule, since I live approximately 170 miles away from subject property. This company, is well equipped to perform any type project. Thank you for a job well done, exceeding my expectations and providing superior customer service. Use this company! A large redwood tree fell through my house during a storm. When Adrian came out to look at removing the tree, he immediately treated this as an emergency job and pulled his crew off of their current project to tend to mine. 3 LARGE trees needed to come down. One of the trees I wanted cut up into firewood sizes. They quoted the price, told me when they would arrive, arrived and did the work. I only asked them to cut up one tree into fireplace size logs, but they also did part of another knowing that it would be difficult for me to cut through some of the biggest parts of the trunk. No extra charge! I was very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again, if and when needed. My only issue was that a few of the logs they cut for the fireplace are too long, but that will be easy to fix. read more
