I knew I had to do something about my tree and I could tell from that minute I could trust them. He gave me the estimate right then and there and told me that I could check it out and give them a call. My friend told me it sounded very fair so I called them within minutes and scheduled to have it done four days later. I am still blown away by the result, it is so professional and looks absolutely beautiful. There wasn't a leaf or a twig left to be seen in my yard and believe me it would've been a giant mound. Everything you want in a contractor. Clearly, this is an outfit with ambitious management. I have a large pine that has had two huge limb failures, and threatens my neighbors on two sides. Raymond and German came for the bid and assessed carefully, explained options, and negotiated a fair price. The proposal was emailed with proof of license and insurance. Their follow-up calls for scheduling their work were timely. The crew was adequate (not understaffed) and well equipped for safe and efficient execution of the technically challenging pruning. They completed it all -- setup, climbing, rigging, chipping and cleanup -- within the day. They did a great job removing a redwood from my backyard. One of their team members climbed the tree and cut it down piece by piece from the top. They cleaned up their work and nothing was damaged. They were careful to check for anything that could be damaged like sprinkler heads before they got started. The price was very competitive. The job was completed way quicker than I expected. They removed eleven trees for us and three of those were huge cedar trees that were close to the house with wires to work around. TEN STARS!!! Removed a massive ash tree with high degrees of technical difficulty and property risk (us and our neighbors) in horrible weather and did an AMAZING, literally PERFECT, job. Further, at my request, they cut the trunk and all 4" diameter or larger branches into rounders and lengths I could move and split. We had a large tree that was splitting and in jeopardy of falling on the sidewalk during Halloween creating a safety concern for a few hundred trick or treaters.
