He walked me through the whole process, let me even get some samples to take into my home (to see how they would work with wall color, lighting, etc) and his team completed it without a hitch! I feel like the price for the ~900 sqft of carpet was extremely fair, especially since we removed and disposed of the carpet ourselves (which saved a few hundred). If I ever need carpet again, I'll definitely plan to use Randy and his team!

We hired Sam of Innovative Remodeling and Structural Repair to restore/rebuild eight of our wood…read morepillars and bases that had significantly deteriorated over time on our 148 year old house. Using white oak for restoration, the craftsmanship was outstanding and the finished work mirrored and blended beautifully with the historic character of our property. This led to hiring Sam to save our two story carriage house that was falling off of its stone foundation. This extensive project included the following: * Complete re-engineering of the structural integrity of the 1st & 2nd floors. * Removing original wood flooring/joist on 1st floor and removing by hand, the stone foundation, digging down 48 inches around entire perimeter of building. *Staircase was removed along with exterior wood siding from 1st level. * A monolithic slab foundation was poured. * Electrical work-panel installed along with outlets and lights on both floors along with welding outlet. * Installed new beam to support 2nd floor * Installed two garage doors, two single entry doors and one double door to the backyard. * Built a custom staircase to 2nd floor using original wood salvaged from the floor removal * Custom made the wood siding to fill in the siding that had been removed from 1st level to match the remaining original siding on the exterior. This really is just a short description of the work and skill that was needed to save this 148 year old structure. The entire building needed to be jacked up to bring the walls back in and make the structure once again square and level. It's a true testament to Sam's level of expertise and craftmanship that this building is still standing and better than ever.

American Classic Construction / Roofing Company IS a "family run" HOME-WREAKING Predatory Scam…read moreRoofing Company They put a new roof on my home October 2021. The crew was UNTRAINED inexperienced young guys NO trained person to oversee job! ***Roof crew was given WATER SOLUBLE sealant for the roof vents!!!*** All this WASHED AWAY EXPOSING GAPS allowing water in MY ROOF and creating leaks into my home for year!!! Still getting poured on with every rain!!! The crews did not scrape the old goop from under the furnace vent and after sealant washed away it left the vent with a gap allowing water to go into my roof! This created a ceiling water stain and hole in floor in front of the furnace!! ***Now the threshold is pulling away from door frame, wall damage!!*** When I called the company told them of the hole in floor, again sent inexperienced workers that did NOT completely seal up ALL of the voids and gaps left when roof was put on! Finally it was obvious to me this is A COMPLETELY SCAM COMPANY! I hired a certified experienced home builder / inspector company which found; 1. Stains and elevated levels of moisture in several areas which is a "conducive condition for wood-destroying organisms." MY HOME HAS BEEN WET SINCE THEY PUT THE ROOF ON! 2. "Manufactures recommendation is to extend starter shingles 3/8 to 1/2 past drip edge of roof. Both sides have areas that are either short of drip edge and does not extend". This SCAM Company did not even train or CARE that their crew knew HOW to the STARTER SHINGLES ON CORRECTLY! A simple half inch difference in training!!!! Which left BOTH SIDES of MY WHOLE ROOF EXPOSED! 3. Both air pipe flanges were too big and installed and chalked incorrectly! 4.
