I called four times and each call was answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, each call was answered by 'hello' and that was it. They wouldn't respond to any of my questions or say anything. I believe they knew I was going to keep calling and on the fourth try, I spoke to the manager who had not even looked at my vehicle yet. I was calling early enough that I think only the manager would be answering the phones and I'm pretty sure I was speaking to the manager every time I called. They can fix your car when they feel like it.

In the past 2 years, I have began to feel that Sunny's may be mis-diagnosing and overcharging for work. One car had the same issue, and I took it to Sunny's 3 different times as the issue never got resolved and I was being charged more and more for each visit. I eventually sold the car. Then, in a different car, a check engine light was on, although the car appeared to run fine, I brought it to Sunny's to diagnose. Sunny's gave an estimate for about $2500. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, and a different shop diagnosed it at about $420 and said many of the parts Sunny's wanted to replace looked fine to them. Today I yelped for a convenient location for a replacement and H&H Auto Repair showed up as a good candidate. After speaking with Chris, I could tell he is experienced in the car repair business and gave me the impression that he is trustworthy like many of the other Yelp reviews reported. I had my oil changed and appreciated the fair pricing and prompt performance while I waited for their service. No upsells for unneeded services! They do take Visa and Mastercard. Their location on Highway 99 is tucked behind another building, so it's a bit tricky finding them the first time. I will return again because they earned my trust and my future business.

This shop commits INSURANCE FRAUD! Wish i could leave a 0 star review…read more.. I took my car to this shop after being rear ended and having damage on my rear bumper. The shop told me that they would replace my bumper and any parts associated with the collision I was in. They ensured me that they would replace everything especially because the other party's insurance company was covering the damages. I was told by the insurance company that this was also going to be case given the paperwork the shop had submitted to them and the amount they had approved. Everything was to be replaced. Now, one year later, I had a reason to take the bumper off for a paint scuff that occurred at a car wash, and I come to find out that my original bumper is still the one on my car, and it has been repaired. This is clear fraud on the shop's end and I have full proof of documentation and photos. I called the shop and spoke to the owner, and he began to tell me that he doesn't have any paperwork to corroborate this work that was supposed to be done on my car, and he isn't even sure he got paid by the insurance company. This is a lie because I have proof that states otherwise. I then go to this shop and meet with the owner, who by the end of a 30 minute back and forth admits to wrong doing and that he is going to reimburse me for the fraud they committed. Since that meeting in person, he has been blowing me off and not answering my calls. This shop committed insurance fraud and collected money from insurance for parts that they did not replace. My assumption is that this is a common part of their practice given the owner's response to me confronting him about it, and now not being ethical about dealing with it. I wonder how many other customers of theirs this has happened to... no one is the wiser unless they have a reason to inspect their work from underneath.

From the moment I stepped in, they were super friendly and what I appreciated most was I knew they weren't trying to sell me on anything. They were very honest about what needed to be replaced vs. not i.e. - I came in thinking I needed both rotors replaced and that was what I told them, but when I got there, they checked them for me and said I only needed the front replaced - and took the time to explain and show me why as well so I already saved money there. As they did not have my rotor in stock, the shop went out of their way to present me with different options on how we could get my rotors replaced at a decent price without compromising quality. Just when I started losing hope cause a week had gone by and we couldn't find my rotor part anywhere, they were able to find one without the ridiculous dealer fee. They replaced it that same day and I was able to go pick up my car! Will definitely come back here for any other car needs.
