I have sensitive skin and get cut easily during mani/pedis but that has never happened here. Akane is my favorite nail tech but everyone else that has done my nails so far has done a great job. There are nail salons closer to home, but I'd rather make the drive here because everyone is nice, service is great, and the quality is consistent. The salon is cute, clean, comfortable, and doesn't have that strong nail salon smell. They can be pricier but for me it's worth it for the service and quality. I believe they're appointment only. Parking in front is very limited and they're right next to an auto shop so there could be times the parking is not accessible. so be prepared to look for street parking. Loyal customer here so I definitely recommend this place!

I got gel pedi w reflexology for $95 which is overpriced in my opinion for both. The reflexology wasn't anything spectacular to me just a massage on my feet and calves. Truthfully I'd give it 3.5 stars total.

She got the shape just right and length and everything. She even suggested the design which I loved cause I always do a design but wasn't feeling inspired lol. Definitely a great find in the area!!

I went had my nails done paid $110 and the chrome was falling off so I sent Kathy a message and we reschedule rescheduled for her to fix. When I got there, she wanted to redo the same nail polish. I told her no showed her a different design, but she insisted on doing the same design. Kept saying she didn't have time I explained that I didn't have time to keep coming back and that I had a graduation that night. I didn't like it at the end. She got upset. It took a lot longer than she wanted. I explained to her that I did not want it in the first place she shouldn't have done it. I showed her what I wanted because I wasn't trusting that that design was gonna come off again. She got highly upset after she made the mistake as if it was my fault. I'm only writing this review because I really enjoyed going there and I really enjoyed getting my nails done with her one of the ladies there comes and tapped me on the shoulder and tells me that Kathy doesn't have time and I told her she's gonna do it because I paid her already. She explained that I will no longer be allowed to get my nails done there all of this because she made the mistake redid them twice not what I wanted, was late to her next appointment because she didn't listen to me in the first place. when I first got there at 9 AM and she didn't get there till 915 almost 920 to start my nails. I guess her being late was my fault too so even though I was kind, never rude did not yell kept my calm, I was told that I was not allowed to get my nails done there any longer that Kathy said she would no longer do my nails again because my designs take too long and it was to much for her. she made the mistakes and did not properly apply the polish, she admitted that to me. somehow I was to blame, so I'm giving them a one star for their customer service and for telling me not to come back to the shop because my nails take too long and it was to much for her to deal with my nails. I love getting designs and it is her fault that the polish was coming off. I had to get it off my chest. I was so upset I have never been told I could not go back to shop I've gotten designs by her that lasted four weeks never had an issue so all of this was very surprising to me after I was so kind to them. Great tips good laughs and they treat me this way. I guess that's how nail shops do it nowadays they don't like you or your designs are too much for them to deal with they ask you not to come back. Just left a bad taste and felt so humiliated. This polish literally started peeling the same day. I sent her the message and photos not to long after she did them. Horrible experience

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this nail salon…read more I called ahead before coming in because I wanted to make sure they could do acrylic. When I arrived, I was greeted up front and sat down for my pedicure. As soon as I put my feet in the water, it started burning. I told the lady it burns and asked if she could change the water. She tapped my foot and said no and told me to put it back in. After that, it became clear they didn't want to do the acrylic work, even though I called ahead. About five ladies surrounded my feet and kept repeating "gel" and "acrylic" for several minutes while talking to each other and laughing. The lady doing my toes then said they couldn't charge it as a fill and that it had to be a full set. I told her, "Wait, this is a full set." She mumbled and told me to ask the lady next to her, so I did, and that lady said, "Okay, just do a fill." Then I asked how much acrylic would be. They all started talking to each other and ignored me. After a few minutes I asked again, and one of the ladies looked at me and said, "We will not tell you right now. We will let you know." That made me feel like they were keeping the price vague so they could charge me more than what my fill actually should be. At that point I said never mind and walked out. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had at a nail salon, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I will never go back. I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars--they do not know how to treat people. Even some of the ladies in the salon told me I wasn't wrong for leaving.

Since you claim my "before" picture could have been taken at any time, I am explicitly uploading additional photos of my nails from throughout this year to show a consistent history of my natural nail health. The "before" photo I provided was taken exactly two days prior to my appointment. My natural nails were incredibly strong and long--so much so that your technician explicitly looked at the undersides of my nails during the appointment to verify if they were my real nails or extensions. A tiny bit of gel lifting on two fingers does not change the fact that the rest of my nail beds were perfectly healthy before walking into your salon. Regardless of what base was on my nails, a professional gel removal should never result in raw, painful "rings of fire" and bleeding cuticles. The e-file was used recklessly, and too many layers of my natural nail were taken off. Free cuticle oil and nail strengthener cannot instantly fix over-filed, physically thinned nail beds that now hurt to the touch. I am sharing my experience and this undeniable photo timeline so others are aware of the risks to their natural nail health.
